I purchased two Spider Farmer UV and IR lights to supplement and experiment with my existing grow lights indoor.
Growing tomatoes and italian genovese basil indoor.
Reassured by TrustPilot I have made my first purchase at the shop.
Made the order on 26th June (Wednesday) at 11am, I received the products within 3 working days but the purchase experience hasn't been fully satisfying.
On the website there's no Customer Area to register/log in.
Everything goes through Shop platform.
I was unable to receive a tracking number.
I have contacted CS through Whatsapp and I've been received responses for each of my enquiries, within 6-8 hours, which reassured me about the progression of the dispatch/order.
Despite the reassuring messages, I wasn't able to get any tracking and I wasn't sure if the products were really shipped.
I was thinking maybe a stock issue, courier problem, who knows.
After losing faith in being able to receive it within 3 working days (I was going to fly abroad on Sunday and get back in 7 days), after getting back home from work on Friday, I had the lovely surprise to find the package at the entrance of our building.
That was great.
If I can provide my feedback to the store, please implement a customer area, implement tracking within the store itself other than Shop platform and please provide regular updates on the progress of the order.
There's nothing worse than not knowing what's going on with the purchase you have made, especially for your first time as a customer.

Absolutely brilliant company
Absolutely brilliant company. I ordered a light which it turns out I wasn't connecting properly. I thought at the time that it was faulty so contacted them to get a replacement. It was sorted very quickly and with great customer service. They arranged for the collection of the old one and sent a new one out straight away. Again, due to me not connecting it properly I thought the replacement was also faulty, they offered a replacement straight away, even offering to send a different model in case it was an issue with that line. After they had chance to check the one I returned they discovered that I wasn't connecting it properly and advised accordingly, still offering to replace it if I couldn't get it working. Well, I got it working by connecting it properly. Absolutely brilliant experience with this company and will absolutely buy from them again, couldn't be happier.

Fast turnaround
Fast turnaround, but had issue with paint on fan cracking off revealing bare metal casing, taped it up and all is well, guessing paint not applied properly in factory, works well otherwise.
