Great teaching

It is fantastic to see that there are still good companies out there that genuinely care and try to give back! The call was both very informative and thought provoking.

Very helpful and easy to understand

As a former real estate birddog, one who desires to get back involved in real estate, and one who is in process of becoming an accredited AI consultant, I can truly see the value of this system and its AI components. The AI system they use is phenomenal. The tour provided a wealth of information. Although my start was rocky, they made corrections and provided essential information to help me make an informed decision. Working with a faith-based company is important to me. I look forward to God ordering my steps and walking in His will to bless my family and others. Speak up if you are confused and get the knowledge to change your life.

I fell asleep several times. It was monotone and dull. They didn't do what they said they would do. They told me they would teach me to make money on real estate with their money, and did no such thing. Unless I wanted to go pro they said, but they said that no money was needed to get their help in the first place. I find this close to a scam, it is not a scam, but it is not what they said it would be.

Well, I joined Lee Arnold thinking I would be able to take the training to become a private money broker, and after the training, go to work and start making to find out they wanted more money into the thousands to get more coaching to get this business going just too much money they wanted so this put a hold my business on hold just too much money they kept trying to get out of to get to the next step I am un happy for they want just not fair

The 3 day Private Money Broker Certification Training is amazing. The presentations were exciting and engaging. I liked that the presenters engaged the participants in the training. Allso, if we didn't understand something, they were willing to walk us through step by step to make sure we understood the process.

The presentation gives detailed information regarding the market components and thr processes involved on seeking the lrads to conduct the deals of meeting the needs of customers in all markets.

I really appreciate the many different ways you're offering to help us better our life. The speakers and Lee are the very best.

Advertised a $1M Proof of Funds Letter. When you sign up, it becomes $500k. Live event with Lee Arnold only had Lee introduce the presenters for the event, so you did not learn from him. The 'live' event was actually recorded over a year prior. The chat was locked so you could not ask questions (yet they were addressing chat questions) and materials they showed that were being mailed out the day of the live event were dated October 2024. This event was in November 2025. And of course it was all about the upsell. Just enough information to be good but very misleading in what they said the event was. Very disappointing for a group that supposedly values integrity and missed that mark on advertising and fulfilling what was promised for this 'live' event.

There is a lot of information to take in, but the whole team is ready and eager to help you. They are very knowledgeable and willing to share.

The Lee Arnold system is complete and not hard, but like everything else, you need to stick to it.

Learning that with right connections anyrhing is possible and if you have a deal worth funding we can get it done.

I want to honest with you. The presentation was awesome. I really haven't had a chance to absorb it totally.

The response time was almost immediate. The staff is very promp, knowledgeable, and strictly about their business. They are very uplifting and very supportive of their teammates, as well as us members. I often wonder how an organization as large as COGO and its subsidiaries keep such organization? I found out that it’s the system and Godly principles that the foundation is built upon, which it appears that mostly everyone has committed to it.

I recently attended the Nationwide Funding Tour event. It was packed with tons of information that gave me instant motivation to begin my real estate journey! I now know how to become successful!
