Shocking.
Avoid at all costs, not ‘meet and greet’ as described. Made to wait 1.5hrs on returning; told us we had booked the wrong time. After checking the confirmation we hadn’t booked it wrong at all, we were then told ‘they were busy so we had to wait!’ Disgusting to talk to, not helpful at all and complete cowboys.
Would have been easier and quicker to pay less and get the shuttle bus!
Airport need to give their heads a wobble recommending these clowns!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting nearly an hour and a half for the car to be returned, shocking customer services, unhelpful, rude and full of excuses and lies. The poor family before us were waiting over 2 hours with three little ones!! I can’t believe Leeds Bradford Airport allow these cowboys to operate on their turf.

Terrible experience. Our flight was delayed due to technical fault. When we landed the driver called to tell us he had been waiting over an hour in the 1hour free car park and we will now need to pay more. Totally his fault, we was instructed to call when we landed, he arrived early. We refused to pay it. The driver then told us he would waive it as he needed a good review.shocking!
This company is not legit.

Avoid at all costs. Tried adding additional charges (I refused and so should you). Not stress free as stated in the booking. I am going to complain and take further as never had such an experience when booking airport parking before

DO NOT USE. This company is a joke. Car came back with tracking well off and steering pulling to the right. This was after being made to wait for 40 minutes despite calling them the moment we arrived. You leave your car in a car park that is 10 minutes walk from the actual airport. There is nothing “meet & greet” about this service. The airport seriously needs to do something to shut this down.

disgusting on the phone, told me i think the world revolves around me because i asked what time they’d collect the car after waiting for an hour, £20 charge when i got back to UK apparently an extra fee? random men in tracksuits and no uniform drive your car away to bradford , could go on
