Absolute cowboys, never collected my car and never got a refund,
But after reading the reviews after such a bad customer service encounter, I had a lucky escape as people have had there cars dumped anywhere, they don’t have CCTV as advertised and people have received parking and speeding fines while in holiday,
I repeat DO NOT USE, just not worth the stress

Phone to say due to snow flight was diverted and we was been bus back to Leeds airport first response was it will coast over £200. as we close at 10 pm then when I explained again told to rings back in 20 minutes we rung back to be told it will coast £65. I said it say nothing on website about close at 10pm just car is 24/7 guard it also say on website it only £20 for a full day over stay he’s said airport closed at 10pm so they do ( airport website say 24hour open) Told again to ring back again in 20 minutes I ask for a receipt to be told I could NOT have one we rung back to say we arranged someone to pick up car who only live 5 miles away he told us to pass he number to them and it be £40 we got back to airport was told they never drop car at airport they had to go pick it up from where it was park and it was NOT a Secure car park but still had to pay £40 also was over half hour late when pick up car when we arrive but that wasn’t a problem as we aloud extra time for travel we book meet and Greet as was travelling with 3 small children luggage and Prams would not recommend this company as I’ve used meet and greet for a lot of years now and never had an issue with being late due to delayed flights but we were going to be stranded in the snow with three small kids and they just demand money no help at all !!!

I should have read the reviews before paying £55. Luckily my friend's booking did not go through. Now I have to find someone decent.

Contacted several times since booking as not received confirmation. No response. Flying tomorrow and no idea if this is a scam or not AVOID!

Wow! Great service from start to finish.. I met Shakeel (lovely and very polite) and he inspected my car and explained everything to me. Getting my car back was simple and easy I met Shakeel again in the 1 hour car park and my car was the same as I left it. Would deffo use again.

Contacted them and the communication was great, explained everything to me step by step and made me feel comfortable 😌 left my car for 5 days and I was met by Shak who was really nice and polite. On bringing my car back it was Ali who was also very nice and polite. Great service and deffo use again. Recommending to friends and family for future! Thanks guys
