my car was broken into and all…

my car was broken into and all radio/cd/nav system stolen while it was it was in the care of this company in JULY and they have subsequently NOT been contactable to sort this out. I am going to a solicitor today to take legal action. DO NOT TRUST THEM BAD COMPANY

DO NOT USE - TOTAL COWBOYS

We booked meet and greet with this company, we were away for 2 weeks. When we returned to collect the car, we had to wait in the cold and rain for 2 hours!! My husband is disabled and in a wheelchair. Not only that but our car had been parked in BD8 for 2 weeks which is 9 miles away from the airport. Whilst we waited, we had a call from the customer care team to advise we would be getting a refund in full. I have emailed them several times about this, but they do not reply, I have also rung them several times, on the occasions I have got through to them once they know what it's about, they just hang up!

Omg this horrific so called company is…

Omg this horrific so called company is nothing short of disgusting the way they treat customers. I was a week into my holiday to receive a message "we have lost your key " we landed at 4 in the morning stranded at Leeds Bradford Airport unable to get home. We eventually got home got our spare key and got the train back to Leeds. Recovered our car. Totting up my expenses was about £500
Now they won't answer the phone. We'll I don't let things go lightly. I will see these crooks in court.

Please Please please
Stay away from this horendous company they really are despicable.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Totally dishonest. I now have an £85 parking charge from Travel Lodge where my car was left ...ie not secure at all....plus over £200 to spend on repairs. Disgusting scammers.
Funny how the good reviews on this site are only from their associates and not genuine!
Stay well clear and don't give a penny of your money to this low life thief.
