Do not use do not use do not use disgusting cowboys I ended up with a parking fine in travel lodge when I was still abroad they said they would pay the parking fine never did and stopped corresponding with me cut me of kn the phone total disgusting g cowboys do not use do not use

Dropped off my car at 3am on 31st Jan to a plain clothed guy in the 1 hour free parking. Alarms bells did ring so asked for some ID / Booking confirmation which he did provide from his phone (still hesitant)
Picked up car on the 5th Feb (which was quick upon landing) but that’s where the positivities start & end.
- both driver & passenger side absolutely filthy (and later discovered the back seat had also been occupied)
- cigarette ash everywhere
- I had a full tub of chewing gum in the cup holder… it was almost empty
- clutch felt like it had been used as a rally car
-dash-cam footage shows car driven like it was stolen, nearly crashed into another car, no regard for potholes so I’m expecting suspension damage.
Really wished I’d read reviews prior to a last minute booking (from the Ryan Air app)
Rang to report twice and was promised a call back, obviously never came.
Please, do yourself (and car) a favour and think twice before you use this “company”

Turned up at the airport, there was issues with the booking which was eventually sorted, confirming all booking details.
On our return, rang them to say we had landed, only for them to say we were not due to land back until the day after. Took them well over an hour to deliver our car, leaving us in an empty airport on New Years eve, at midnight.
The guy in the office said he would attempt to get our money refunded.
They have offered us a 20% discount on our next booking….. no thank you.

We leave the car for 2 weeks with them and they just emtyed our fuel and get the car very dirty back !

Be aware that this is not the official Leeds airport parking services. We foolishly booked this thinking it was official. It isn’t.

Horrendous firm. Car came back a mess and took nearly 3 hours in the freezing cold with a disabled 9 year old before they even brought the car to me. Kept ringing fobbing me off do not use at all

For Pete's sake avoid this crew. My "meet and greet" driver was in the lounge of a nearby hotel and took the car and keys from me in the 1 hour free car park. I'd been told I had to pay an extra £10 for changing my return date and handed it to him. I was short of time so didn't check my mileage. In the meantime they want an extra £20 for 'overstaying' which i had to hand over as well as the £10. I don't know where they took my car but its obvious that they are a fly by night set up and I have no idea where my car was parked - the tyres were covered in mud and someone with the same mud on his boots had been sitting on the passenger side. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I CANNOT EMPHASISE THIS ENOUGH.
P.s. all their 5 Star reviews (oddly they only have 1 star and 5 star, nothing in between, odd, no?) have to be bullsh!t. Written either by their mates or employees or in poor English. Do not fall for this.

If only I’d read these reviews!!!! What an idiot I feel for using these people!!! This is a scam not a company! There is no car park they just leave your car abandoned, not to mention the speeding tickets!

Awful cowboy company, in fact it’s not a company! It’s a bunch of guys that collect your car, drive it like it’s stolen before dumping it in a back street in the middle of Bradford! They stupidly left my dash cam on!!!! Terrible terrible terrible!
