I started coming to see Alex on the recommendation of another trusted friend and Reflexologist and I have been so pleased with the treatments. Alex is a highly skilled, intuitive and responsive Reflexologist. She has a lovely calm energy and provides a warm, welcoming and nurturing space. Alex quickly tuned in to what I needed and I'm sure she does the same for all her clients.

Alex is very knowledgeable and her attention to detail is second to none. After her treatments I always feel very relaxed and calmed. I would highly recommend Leeds Reflexology to anyone!!

I am pregnant and have been getting reflexology treatments with Alex since my second trimester. They are invaluable to me and support my physical and mental well being. Alex is knowledgeable, informed and attentive to what is needed at each session. She understands pregnancy well and tailors the reflexology to support specifically.
