I bought this mattress just over 7 years ago, with a 10-year guarantee. Unfortunately, it’s started to sag in the middle, very badly. I enquired about having it replaced/fixed, as part of the 10-year guarantee, but they said that, because they don’t operate in the UK anymore, they wouldn’t be able to, and I’d just have to put up with it. Pathetic.

The mattress seemed great initially, but now about 8 years on (and for 3 of those years it wasn’t used) it’s really uncomfortable. Wake up with back pain every morning (I’m a side sleeper). I did a lot of research at the time and Leesa must have been doing some heavy marketing work, getting into blogs etc. It’s now not sold anymore - what a surprise. I wonder if it has a short shelf life and can’t sell now when people will be leaving negative reviews. However, it marketed itself as premium foam that should be lasting up to 10 years. This has had 5 years of use and we need to replace it. Warranty is void now because they ceased trading. Not a cheap item to have to replace so soon! Bit of a con.

We had our Leesa for 8 years, and it still felt as good as new. Unfortunately we left it with the house when we moved. I've just come to buy a new Leesa and found out that they stopped selling in the UK a long time ago. It's sad to hear this, as I would have been buying another one without question! I'm surprised by the amount of 1 star reviews all left more recently on this page. Leesa was a beautiful mattress and served us with 8 years of amazing decent sleep!

Yeah this is a bad mattress. Good for about 3 years then its just horrible. We both sink to the middle. Wake up with really sore backs or completely numb down one side with pains from one bad night lasting weeks.

i make a note on every mattress i buy of when i got it, i got this one feb 2018 and by the end of 2020 i was unable to sleep on it, i have been trying to get hold of the company with no joy.

As a lot of others have put, initially I was very happy with this Mattress (purchased November 2017). It appeared comfortable and slept well, this is also when you realize 100 nights isn't that long. For over 2 years I've now been waking up with back pain. I sleep a mix of on my back and side however wake with pain in back/ waist area of my right side. Typically sleeping on left of my side body. I the left side of my body is sinking into the mattress, with nothing coming up to hold my waist in alinement, the space between my hip and ribs on the upper side of my body is almost closing together, as middle collapses down to the mattress. It's a bit like putting hand on waist one side and pushing through to other side body, everything feels lob sided and of course your spine is not kept straight. When I wake I notice the middle of bed is also sagging.
It has also given my shoulder and neck pain. I've gone through loads pillows thinking that was issue at first old to realize it's this Mattress letting my whole body collapse oneside.
Unfortunately it takes time to confirm it's definitely the mattress, it had such good reviews. I get a bit better night if I've fallen asleep on my back but overtime the mornings I don't wake with back ache are less! I'm now looking around to replace, just unsure which to trust.

I bought the mattress 4 and a half year ago. It was comfortable for about 2 years after which it started sinking in the middle. Now, it is really uncomfortable. The support is not there and me and my parter both roll to the middle of it.

Please note that I was using a solid base and was taking care of the mattress as explained by the producer.

Mattress felt amazing when we first purchased it, but it hasn’t lasted well at all. We purchased the mattress 4 years ago, but have been abroad and it’s been in storage so in total it’s been slept on for no more than 18months. My husband and I are not large people 65/75kg, and yet we’re finding in our super king bed we are constantly tangling knees together. All support from the middle has been lost rendering half our bed useless as we both end up in the dent in the middle.

Our previous mattress lasted so much longer than this and is still in use in the spare bedroom, we only bought this because we upgraded the bed size. For £750 I would hope to get longer than 18 months use out of it :-(

Leesa mattress well what can I say. Saggy on both sides of the mattress. I nearly rolled out of the bed one night. I can't get a good night's sleep it's now hurting my back. The company refuse to answer any emails...A very over priced big disappointment!

If I wrote this when I purchased it would be a five star. However over the last six months it has got softer and softer to the point it is giving us back ache.
Tried to contact them and they have gone bust.
Had 35 months of comfort and now after 40 months we are replacing it....

We’ve had our Leeds mattress's for 3 years and it’s got a debt either side where we sleep. This has recently given me really bad back pain as the mattress is no longer supportive. They sent an assessor out who said there was no problem, even when I showed him the problem. Typically another company not willing to pay out for a faulty product.

the mattress is very comfortable the only downside is the outside edges seem too soft when you try to move over on the mattress.

Having contacted Leesa about a potential warranty claim the company has stopped trading and will be placed into liquidation on the 20th May.

Leesa has stopped operations in the UK and EU without any warning to customers who had already ordered. They went so far as to demand the warehouse it was stored at locally, ready for delivery, send it back to Leesa instead of deliver it to customer who had fully paid. No notice from Leesa, we just didn't get the mattress and had to figure out why ourselves.

The only contact information is an attorney who represents them.

This is a **** show, and they have clearly opted to screw over their customers to save money during the pandamic.

6months in and I still get into bed and fall asleep with comfortable nights every night and I can't feel my partner if she moves around

Lees a mattress is a dream to sleep on.
Arrived on time, needed two of us to unwrap and put in place.
A great idea to arrive in a box ..not sure how it would get returned!
Not that I will be returning it ever.

Excellent comfy mattress,well worth the money

This mattress is one of the best thing I have bought.

Was very cautious making the change from springs to memory foam, but so glad we did. Both myself and my wife prefer a soft mattress so going for a medium was a bit of a risk but we were treated to very good nights sleep from the day we fitted it. From delivery to bed was so easy as it’s suction packed and as long as you follow the instructions everyone should be able to do it. The only thing we had to get used to was getting out of bed as it’s not springy so you can’t bounce yourself to your feet. You’d understand what i mean if you get one.

We ordered our king size Leesa mattresses on line in October 2019.
All correspondence was informative and our mattresses arrived on the day advised without any issues.
Once unwrapped, it took only a few minutes for it to reach its correct size. The mattresses gives me a wonderful restful night's sleep.
The only issue was the smell once it arrived, but that soon faded.
I am very pleased we bought this mattress and would definitely recommend it.
