Bate and switch pricing
Bate and switch pricing. I paid for an E-Legacybox voucher that was all inclusive (40 tapes, digital download). Then they send you the voucher and you have to go back through and order again and use the voucher as a "discount code". When I did that, they wanted to charge me another $75 for a Thumbdrive, digital download, or CD. I was unable to order. I went back and forth through email asking why and they just cancelled my order. Horrible customer service. There is no way to chat with an actual person to try to resolve an issue. Would give 0 if I could.

I sincerely apologize for the confusion with your E-deal voucher. It should have covered the Digital Download in your shopping cart, but not the other storage options like thumb drive and disc set. Everybody that I talked to is extremely courteous gave me good information and the turnaround time from the time I made the order to get the box filled it. Send it back and have my order completed was much better didn’t expected. I’ve already looked at a lot of the video online and even though it’s old video, it looks good. You can’t improve the video that’s already poor quality, but I’m very pleased the way everything was done and handled. I think I got my moneys worth.
I will, however, noticed that after I put my order in, they came out with a special for Father’s Day, which was about $50 less for the package of 40 movie wheels and the DVD order I paid $79 and it went down for the Father’s Day special to $39 I believe. That was only about a week after I made my order so I’m kind of disappointed that they didn’t tell me about this and and extend that discount to me. Other than that, I’m extremely pleased with everything that was done and I would highly recommend you guys.

Very Happy Customer
This was such an easy experience to have my VHS tapes transferred. I was apprehensive about shipping them off because of the worry of losing them. I was always kept Informed of the status of my tapes from when were received by Legacy box until the day they were being shipped back to me. By the time I placed my order and received my confirmation that they had all been transferred was very quick. I would definitely recommend the service to family and friends.

Worth the money!
After doing a lot of research on how to digitize myself, and which company to trust with all of our home videos, I'm very happy I chose Legacybox. Their instructions are straightforward, customer care is excellent (I reached out to them twice during the process, and was very impressed with the fast responses), and end products are stellar. I sent in 43 items, and in a few weeks our videos were online and available to view and share. I have already recommended this service to everyone that will listen, and pulled up my account on my phone to show how wonderful the product is.
