Everything involved was excellent.
Website, handling, shipping, communication, packaging and literature are great. The finished product was as good as it could be with the condition of the originals. Very professional. Would gladly do more if I get access to any.

Our Legacy Box experience was great! They communicated every step of the way telling us exactly where our memories were in the process so we never worried. Also, we got our digital memories really quickly !!!!

I received my Legacybox and filled it with 80 vhs and vhs-c tapes from the 80’s and 90’s. I dropped the box off at UPS and expected the process to take at least 6-8 weeks. Three days later, I received an email saying my Legacybox had been received, and my order was being processed. The next day I received an email saying the digitizing process was complete and in the review stage. Six days after dropping my Legacybox off at UPS, I received another email telling me my order was complete, my media was on its way back to me, and included a link to cloud storage of my videos. In less than a week, I was watching my newly digitized videos! I received my original tapes a few days later. Legacybox handled my media with care and kept me updated from start to finish. I couldn’t be more pleased with the process and the end results!

LegacyBox made preserving our old video tapes and memories so easy! The process was simple, the communication was great, and the finished results turned out wonderfully. They send everything you need in a box. All you have to do it attach the bar codes and send back. I tested them out with some very OLD 8mm films I found in my dad's garage. They were in pretty rough shape, so I wasn't expecting too much. I was amazed by the results. That's when I decided to trust them with my family video tapes. I have over 120 to complete, but the first batch came back looking great! It’s such a relief knowing these precious memories are safely preserved and easy to enjoy again. I sent the link to all my kids and we are having a blast reliving these memories. I'm just waiting for a big sale to get my next batch digitized! I would definitely recommend LegacyBox!

Horrible horrible horrible I spent $44.02 years ago and they spent more than twice that amount as they keep charging me for a subscription. I have tried to cancel many times and just got another $21 charge. So disappointed, particularly since it’s a Tennessee company and I live in Tennessee, and you should be ashamed of yourself.

The digitized memories were done perfectly and communication through the process was stellar! Thank you, I am sending more in now!

My experience with Legacy Box has been unbelievable…. Their communication throughout the process is the best. You’re never left wondering what stage the process is. I even emailed customer service and got an immediate response and my concern was handled! I have referred sooooo many people to you. My only hope is that ya’ll will one day do DVD (all sizes) to USB. Everytime a new video camera came out we bought it which means different media was used. Keep up the great work!

Awesome experience! Very organized concept to label for digitalization. Gave me and my family great memories of family lost and awesome holiday seasons.

I love legacybox. They do everything well. On another one they added DVDs which I didn't order at first but since they still had it they put in DVDs for a cost which I understand.

These 2 boxes I sent in they are keeping me updated on what they are doing. Legacybox is awesome

I was very worried watching my videos go off in the world, and nervous about getting them back.
I had nothing to worry about. In all, I probably sent them 50+ tapes. Beautiful transition.
I will admit, I tried the other two companies also and were not satisfied at all. As a matter of fact, I sent those tapes to Legacy to redo.
Do it today. Save your memories for your kids. They will appreciate it.

From the very beginning of the process to receiving the end product, it has been an amazing experience! I had questions before I started and received prompt, clear, and helpful answers. The instructions for packing my items up and sending them were so easy to follow! I just received my items back and am now able to hear music that my dad recorded from the radio in 1979. It sounds absolutely beautiful and brings back such wonderful memories.
I am going to take advantage of adding additional items to my order for the discount.

The process was seamless. They sent the box with detailed easy to follow instructions and provided the return sticker. I got updates along the way after I mailed it off and it was done and returned within the week! Now I can access them on a thumb drive and through the cloud!

I just received my second order of 10 digitized VHS tapes. The first shipment of 10 was a bit nerve racking. I was so afraid to send off my memories. The packaging I received was professional and the instructions were so easy to follow. I shipped them off and loved the fact that they were going to Tennessee. They kept me informed of every step of the process. I love that I can watch them anytime and never have to worry about anything happening to them. I have shared these with my daughters and they absolutely love it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I sent irreplaceable home movies on VHS tapes in to be transferred onto DVDs. Not only did they not send me DVDs of several of the tapes, the VHS tapes I got back were corrupted! So, not only did they fail to make a DVD copy of these videos, they ruined the only VHS copies I had, which had worked perfectly before. DON’T look for a bargain. Go to a reputable local place to get these transfers, bite the bullet on price, and do the tapes one at a time to make sure you get the quality you want. I am heartbroken,

I was figuring weeks but it was literally just a few days later and I was watching almost 30 years ago memories. Only regret is that I didn’t do it earlier!
