Charge more than they say
I tried to get the Basic package, realised that the amount was double upon check-out, then tried 2-3 more times and thought I finally got it right and still got charged GBP 99 instead of 50.
The other reviews are mostly positive, so I am thinking that either there is something wrong in their UI flow that makes this happen, or the other reviews are fake. I saw some other customers had the same problem as me. I sent an email immediately after the order (yesterday). I have used the link they sent to write this review (I think they're using different domain names...)

Thank you for your feedback.
We are truly sorry for the confusion and frustration regarding the pricing. Our prices are fully transparent during the checkout process and are always displayed before payment. The total amount can vary depending on the selected renewal period or optional services (such as multi-year packages or certificates), which are entirely optional and not required for LEI registration.
We have checked our system and, unfortunately, have not received any email from you. However, we will reach out to you directly to resolve this matter and ensure everything is corrected as quickly as possible.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will review the checkout process to make it even clearer for all customers in the future.

I paid for the basic LEI with no auto-renewal and no certificate yet I've been charged £69, not £50. This feels like an aggressive money-grabbing ploy.

Thank you for your feedback.
We are sorry to hear that the payment amount caused concern. Please note that our pricing is fully transparent during checkout — the total depends on the selected LEI period, applicable VAT, and any optional services chosen before confirming the order.
If you ordered the basic LEI without auto-renewal or certificate, you should not have been charged for any extras. We would be happy to review your order and clarify the exact breakdown of the amount charged.
Please contact our support team at info@legalentityidentifier.co.uk and we will make sure everything is corrected if an error occurred.
