Amrit and the whole team at LegalZoom were an absolute dream to deal with. As first time buyers we had no idea what to expect - All the wives tales you hear about solicitors dragging their heels and such... Not LegalZoom. Amrit was so efficient. I feel she wanted to get this done for us, as much as we did.

We was only in a small chain - 3 person. This really showed how much Amrit was worth her weight in gold, and shone through. All the other solicitors were almost unreachable most of the time, which held the move up, but not once did I struggle to get through to the team at LegalZoom. When comparing Amrit to the other solicitors - She was miles ahead. We truly cannot thank her enough for her professionalism throughout.

Every experience is different and every experience involves different people... in my case with Legal Zoom it was Dominic and he was Brilliant!

From start to finish he was always on top of things and always had our best interests in mind with anything he did... even when there was significant pressure from the other party to do things differently than A) he had advised and B) we had agreed to.

My really bad journey with Legalzoom continuous after I have purchased the flat with their assistance . I have paid the final two ! bills which were issued to me by Legalzoom including service charge upfront up to March 2019 and now to find out a month later that I have to pay all over again as my money have never reach the local council and payments are outstanding! Have contacted the council and been told that it is to do with my solicitors. Have contacted Legalzoom 2 weeks ago to sort it out but so far no issue was resolved and only promises to get back to me so far ...

Not good experience. Lost documents, no continuity of case handlers. Even put my property in the names if 2 of their employees!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE - Myself and my husband are first time buyers and I cannot recommend Legalzoom enough, they have been fantastic from beginning to end and so supportive, especially Viraj & Dharmy.
no question was too silly, they called back when asked, replied to emails, very responsive. I found them to be friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again should I but another house :0)

Couldn't recommend them enough and have told so many people about them. I have been working with Megann and Dharmy and they have gone above and beyond with the sale and buy and If i ever move again, I will be coming back to them. They were working out of hours and weekends to get my sale through and it has paid off.

They kept me updated daily on the process and I honesly couldnt say a bad thing about them at all.

This was the best conveyancing experience ever for me.
There was always someone that answered the phone, and could give me an update even when my solicitor was off.
My solicitor kept me informed all the time, and explained things that I didn’t understand. Everything seemed very organised and timely and my purchase was completed in 7 weeks, (could easily have been less than 6 weeks but I delayed it deliberately as I was waiting for my old house to sell first).

More Expensive than other firms but definitely worth it. My solicitor was called Amrit Gill, I would insist on having her handle my claim if I buy/sell again!
