Thank you for your review. The "Free" offer states "$0+ state filing fees." State filing fees vary by state. You also selected 2 add-on options during the process, thus the price was the state filing fees plus the two selected add-ons. When you completed the application and clicked the confirmation prompt, the information is sent directly to the Secretary of State (for your selected state) to begin processing. Once sent to the SOS, we cannot cancel the transaction as there is no cancel function with the SOS office. I have set up a case with our Care team to review based on your review. Someone from our team may call you to discuss.

Expect relentless non stop harassment from telemarketers.
I purchased an LLC for my business well over 6 months ago. Since then, my life took a detour and I have not even opened the business yet. I have been harassed nonstop since by partners of legal zoom, multiple calls per day, always from different companies, some from 800 numbers marked as spam, but many are from local numbers that my phone is identifying as verified. I am now not answering any calls that aren't in my contacts or dont have a name attached. I miss important calls trying to avoid these people. This is getting out of hand. I have asked legal zoom to stop the relentless phone calls to no avail. The only option I have left is to change my number and that is absolutely ridiculous. I dont know how many companies you sold my info to, but this has to stop. I will never recommend legal zoom, or use them again for anything at all.. all because of the 3rd party harassment. Thats sad.
