LegitGrails is a good platform
LegitGrails is a good platform. Although their pricing is relatively high, I would still consider using their service because they offer authentication for many brands—such as Raf Simons and VETEMENTS—that most other authenticators cannot. Their professionalism is also commendable.
However, I believe there are a few areas that could be improved:
1. Limited Authentication Time Options
Currently, the platform only offers two emergency authentication timeframes: 30 minutes and 2 hours. The 2-hour option may be too long for users who are actively negotiating with others, while the 30-minute option comes at a relatively high cost. This setup seems to push users toward the more expensive 30-minute service. It is recommended that the platform also offer a 1-hour authentication option to provide more flexibility.
2. Relatively High Service Fees
I have used several authentication service providers, such as LegitApp. Compared to others, LegitGrails charges a noticeably higher service fee. For example, the cost of authenticating a luxury brand item within 30 minutes is typically around USD 21 with other providers. LegitGrails, however, charges USD 35 for the same timeframe—about one-third more. Additionally, while other services may deliver results earlier than the promised 30 minutes, LegitGrails tends to provide the result exactly at the 30-minute mark, without early delivery.

They do a thorough job and take their time. 2 times they have taken longer than the time frame I paid for. I have had one that couldn't be authenticated which ended up being authentic. Surprised that they were not able to authenticate it. Overall though I think they do a good job and make sure they are right in their decision.

The service is trustworthy and accurate. They don't claim a fake or a legit item until certain and for that they request the necessary photos, which I understand. When you can not provide sufficient pictures the transaction is cancelled and no payment is due.

Authenticating a Dior Necklace
I wasn’t able to take good enough macro pictures for Legitgrails to authenticate my Dior necklace, despite going backwards and forwards with more and more pictures. The engraving was absolutely tiny so was very hard to take the close up shots needed. It was a little frustrating for them to come back to me two times to say they weren’t able to do it after sending so many photos, but I appreciate they will not authenticate something unless they are absolutely certain. It’s such a great service. I really recommend using them and have done so a few times now and have been happy with the result. Customer service have also been great to deal with.
