Bought a car catalogue as a gift for my husband that was marked as "sofort lieferbar", which means that when you buy a product before 14:30 (or 2:30pm), they will ship the item the same day, as it is available in their local warehouse. They even have it in their FAQ. I bought the item on Friday well before the aforementioned time, but got virtually no response. I asked the customer service what is going on with my order and they took days to respond to my inquiry, said that they'll ship it that day (Tuesday) and that the gift packaging slowed down the shipping (?). There is no information on their site about gift packaging a magazine slowing down shipping out time.
They shipped it "officially" on Wednesday but DHL got the package on Thursday evening. No response from the customer service through e-mail or Messenger.
As the cherry on top, they shipped it to the wrong country, so I still don't have the item with 10€ shipping. And I had to call their attention to it. I pleaded with them to check with DHL where is my item as it seems it's going back to Germany and they said they will and they will get back to me in a few days.
Bad, bad experience. They didn't honor the shipping time, delivery time, which they have in their own terms and conditions, they were difficult to contact unless you specifically call them. And I still don't have the item I ordered almost TWO weeks ago!
I feel like it's only international customers they treat this way, because their German review site is full of positive reviews from domestic customers.
