My book arrived a week after ordering (international shipment) and everything worked as it should. I received some automated messages from their system that confused me a bit (the book seemed to be out of stock at their own warehouse although it was marked as ready for immediate shipment on their webpage), but I wrote the customer service who got back to me quickly with a nice and polite explanation.
Ordered a book on the 19th. Still hadn't arrived by the 24th, they hadn't even shipped it or notified me of when that might possibly happen. Emailed to ask when it might ship. They didn't have the decency to reply to that email, but have sent a tracking number hours later. This is just a tracking number, they still haven't passed on the package to DHL a day later.
They wonder why Amazon is putting them out of business.

Worst experience I've had with a company, ordered the book in the wrong language. And i asked for an order cancellation 45 mins after the order was placed (keep in mind the store was closed at the time). Next morning I received an email saying that the order was sent and I'd have to return the items. I thought to myself okay and I couldn't return them. No answers in my emails and in general very very bad communication. Never again
Ordered a book. Got a message that it needs to be re-printed... It will take months to arrive. Meanwhile my money is gone and I just have to trust things will turn out to be ok. Momentarily I have 0 trust in this shop. Hopefully this will change in the future.
