UNWELCOMING AND RUDE
Don't go in there, if you just want your eyes tested ......so unwelcoming, rude....you WILL feel uncomfortable if you are not interested in buying their glasses. My mum won't be going there either and she does (DID) buy glasses from them. I really felt like I was a nuisance and was really glad to get out of the branch.

Hearing aid problem solved
I had a difficult issue with my hearing aids, in that after their going away (separately) for servicing I couldn't pair them. Margaret was very thorough and determined as it wasn't easy - the aids had been configured differently. Problem solved, really good service.

Problem with my ear
I popped into Andover as I’ve been having trouble with my ear just to ask some advice, they were so helpful and booked me in later that day for a hearing test and to have a look down my ear, Margaret Delaney‑Munn was amazing so lovely lots of helpful advice plus she also wrote to my doctor with what she had found. I am so glad I went in as I’m now getting the treatment I need plus finally got referred to ENT.So would like to say a very big thank you to Margaret Delaney‑Munn for your help.

From apprehension to confidence. Highly recommended
After my initial apprehension about my hearing tests and discussions concerning the wearing and coping with wearing a hearing aid I was remarkably reassured by Margaret so that the whole experience and process became an interesting and informative journey. Without her gentle professionalism and lovely sense of care and humour I would have not have embraced her diagnosis, decision and final outcome, which I cannot fault. The follow up appointments have all been equally enjoyable and reassuring. Thank you. I would thoroughly recommend Leightons in Andover and their excellent audiologist Margaret
