I have been receiving - from 2016 to 2023 - the most professional and excellent service from Leightons Putney for my hearing and hearing aids from Dino, the Audiologist who is based in Putney, and I would unreservedly recommend both Dino and Leightons.

Regular customer - post cataract operation review and examination. They had recommended me for the operation after a previous examination, so I was returning for a check-up and their assessment of how my surgeon had performed. As usual, excellent service, carried out safely and friendly, with care and attention.

PS - i don't now need to wear glasses

My family and I have been seeing Jay for many years, and have always received excellent care and friendly advice from Jay. We trust him implicitly and all the staff provide exemplary customer care. Renee is so knowledgeable when choosing new frames and I can always be confident my new glasses will suit me and be comfortable. Returning for adjustments is never too much trouble and overall I can recommend Leightons Putney as an excellent and professional opticians.

Customer service in the Putney branch is superb. I went in after multiple problems with the fit of glasses from a large chain opticians, Leightons expertly checked and corrected the fit.

After much badgering by my (running out of patience) family, I finally agreed to go and get my hearing tested. Leightons were recommended by the specialist hearing consultant that I went to see. A number of decades spent zooming around the country on motorbikes, wearing poor earplugs ensured that I now needed a pair of hearing aids. Dino Mustajbasic at Leightons was excellent and I had every confidence that the Oticon hearing aids that were prescribed were the right ones, despite their cost. He gave me some great confidence inspiring demonstrations on how they worked and were maintained. He couldn't have been more helpful. This continued during the early weeks when I had a query and needed new supplies of batteries etc. I'm now 6 months into my hearing aid "journey". I wished I had done it before. Had I met Dino and Leightons, I am sure that I would have done.
