A pleasant experience buying new glasses
I was early to my appointment but was made welcome with a cup of tea. My examination by Aruna was thorough and my results were explained fully to me in a friendly way.
The fitting measurements and choice of frames were carried out very professionally by Albert and we had a pleasant, easy chat during the process. Everyone during the appointment were very friendly and helpful.
I look forward to returning to collect my glasses soon.

First time having wax removed from my…
First time having wax removed from my ears!! Didn’t know what to expect but it was much easier than I anticipated. Years of wax build up…I left after about 30 minutes feeling like a new person😀. Hearing is 100% better.
Elenor was so lovely. She explained the process beforehand and put me at ease straight away.
Would definitely recommend Leightons if you need this service. And don’t use earbuds!!

I had a problem with blocked ears
I had a problem with blocked ears, great pain, so I went to ask for help. The lady at the registration desk was very nice and helpful. I visited Elena in Reading, absolutely perfect approach to the patient, assistance offered and explanation of the problem. Broken glasses repaired!
We made a last minute appointment to get my daughter’s glasses repaired, ready for school the next day. The timing offered was flexible. We saw Albert in the Reading branch who was fantastic! Great customer service and really engaged with my daughter. Also expertly fixed her glasses back to new.

Albert is the best DO
My son has his first glasses done at the reading branch on Queen vitoria street. I met with Albert and was honestly blown away. He made my son feel very relaxed and excited to wear glasses...even getting him involved in choosing a style he likes; which he had to order the specific colour he liked. The frames came early and so did his lenses. My husband and I were beyond impressed with the result given how high his prescription is. Albert will always be the one to do any future glasses my son will need. I recommend him to anyone unsure about glasses in terms of style and execution. Thank you a million times Albert. Thank you
