ORDERED TWO EX-DISPLAY CHAIRS. I WAS ADVISED THEY'D ARRIVE WITHIN 2-4 DAYS.
WAITED 9 DAYS BEFORE I RANG CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE TOLD THERE WAS AN ERROR AND NO EX-DISPLAY STOCK AVAILABLE! LEISURE OUTLET HAD NOT NOTIFIED ME.
THEY APOLOGISED OF COURSE BUT WANTED ANOTHER £100 FOR THE SAME CHAIRS WITH 5% DISCOUNT. I POLITELY SAID NO I DIDN'T WANT TO SPEND THIS AMOUNT ON TWO CHAIRS BUT ASKED IF I COULD HAVE ALTERNATIVE WHICH WAS AGREED. I THEN ASKED FOR FREE SHIPPING AS A GESTURE OF GOOD WILL BUT WAS TOLD NO, IT WAS EITHER 5% OR £4.95 DELIVERY.
IF LEISURE OUTLET HAD CONTACTED ME ABOUT MY ORDER I WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE COOPERATIVE HOWEVER I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Refused to fulfil an order at the advertised price
Placed an order via website for two chairs at a good price. Got an email stating a mistake had been made, no stock available anywhere and cancelling my order. I phoned same day as a customer and was told there was plenty of stock. The price was higher though. When I revealed I’d already placed an order and asked for it to be fulfilled at the original price, they refused and I was told I’d have to pay the new higher price for a new order. Shoddy and I shall be checking if this is legal or not.

Poor service
I ordered 2 Duvalay sleeping bags from the website on the 27th August, the website quoted 3-5 days for delivery. I received an email confirmation on the same day confirming this. On the 5th September I called to see where my goods where as they were late to be told they had not yet been despatched, they finally arrived on 9th September 13 days after ordering
