Can I have a refund please on the awning I bought as the item leaked and soaked all our goods plus the next day the condensation was even worse. If I was to upgrade to a better awning would l get the cost of my awning to the upgrade.

Awful company…AVOID
Bought a bike for my sons birthday 9 days ahead of date only to be told they had stock issues but would still be delivered on time, 4 weeks later a smashed up box turns up with a dirty bike, missing pedal, opened accessories box with other stuff missing,they took over a week to collect it, and I have only been issued a refund 3 weeks later, never apologised once, I’m 100% this was an original returned item, will never go near this company again,🖕

Upon reviewing the details of your order, it appears that our customer service team was in constant communication with you via email. We did communicate the delay in the bike order, and I understand that you chose to proceed with the order despite being informed of the delay. I acknowledge that this delay may have caused frustration, and I apologise for any inconvenience it may have caused.
I am deeply sorry to hear about the condition in which your order was delivered. It is clear that the bike suffered transit damage, as leisure outlet does check the package before its dispatched and we would have not dispatched this package if it did have damage on the box and there were additional issues such as a missing pedal and items from the accessories box. Our team should have been more responsive in addressing these concerns, and for that, I apologise.
To resolve this matter, we promptly organized a collection of the faulty bike and offered you the option of a replacement unit or a full refund. The bike was successfully collected on the 6th of September 2023 and returned to our warehouse by the 11th of September 2023.
As outlined in our terms and conditions, the processing of refunds for returned items may take up to 14 working days. However, I am pleased to inform you that your refund was processed promptly and in a shorter time frame, with the full refund being completed on the 18th of September 2023, within just 5 working days.
Once again, I want to express our deepest apologies for the issues you encountered with your order. We value your feedback and take this as an opportunity to enhance our services to ensure such incidents do not happen in the future.

Unfortunately a poor experience. I ordered the Scafell 300+ tent and when I got it out at home and put it up I realised it was the 300 (smaller awning) - I contacted customer service who explained nothing could be done due to it being opened.
I needed the larger tent for a recent trip which was a real shame.
Adam from the Customer service team abruptly mentioned there was no options and after trying to reach back out I have not had any response.
Really disappointed I received a smaller tent than I ordered and there was no compensation for the order error.
