    I previously had a good impression of LemFi, but this experience completely changed that. During the recent NIBSS disruption, my transfer was delayed and LemFi later placed a recall on the transaction without giving me any proper explanation or seeking my approval.

    What made the experience worse was that instead of clearly explaining why the recall was placed, I was repeatedly asked to prove my honesty and provide evidence that I had not received the funds. I submitted everything requested, yet meaningful communication and accountability have been lacking.

    For a financial platform handling customers’ money, transparency and trust should come first. Very disappointing support experience.

    I am still waiting for my money at the time of this review. Now I doubt if I can trust them after this
