I reported a broken feature. They acknowledged that it is broken, but say that it is not their fault. Regardless whose fault it is, I am still paying lemlist for it.

I think the company is doing well, and their support team is great. I had some issues at the start, where I found that Lemlist works differently compared to Reply.io, for example. What was weird is that usually you get one company account where you can invite a couple of people from the same company.

Here you get one personal account to which you can attach more emails that are just yours.
Regarding the pricing, the end result is the same as multichannel outreach (if you want to include LinkedIn), which is always charged per person.

All in all, a good experience after I got over certain things that are most likely just my habits.

I can definitely see the value potential but the pricing model is not clear. The features in the free trial are complete but when the tokens of that run out do not top them up without reviewing what other features will be lost without an additional subscription.

Pricing transparency, says $99 per user, try to sign up based in the UK, is £99, which is $135. The platform isn't really any better than the others either to be fair, been using it for a a year or so.
