My First Lemon cymbal purchase.
Easy web site information and easy to complete purchase. Good communications considering my ordered item was out of stock. I received regular updates on the availability of the item and confirmation advising of my delivery date.
Excellent sounding product and good competitive price compared to other manufacturers.

Took a month for delivery
When I ordered, no mention was made of the item not being in stock, and the website purported free delivery in 2-4 days. I got an email a few days later saying that my items were still being shipped to the UK from China and were expected in the next two weeks. Then radio silence, until I contacted them several weeks later and was told they still hadn't arrived. It was actually a month before things were delivered to me. The actual product is absolutely excellent, and I love them, but the service and delivery wasn't great.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm really sorry for the long wait time on your order and appreciate that this was really frustrating for you. We do our best to make sure the website is updated to reflect current stock availability but on this occasion it appears we got it wrong. We will do better! Glad you are happy with your cymbals.
