It took a little longer than i liked but i understand to do a thorough job it takes some time. I was pleased at finding out the state of the car and it saved me a trip out to see it myself. The dealership didnt include photos of the interior and it was clear why from the work you guys did.

I’m a repeat customer and on my last inquiry of a vehicle I found online was absolutely beautiful to my eye but you guys definitely help me to dodge a Lemon!!!! The report showed a lot of items but for critical details it didn't get to any useful depth. For example, the inspector said "scan tool... found several codes across multiple systems," but they didn't say how many codes, which systems, and WHAT those codes were or represented. I had to dig through pictures and only found one blurry photo of some of the codes.

The inspector did an excellent job! The reporting and feedback was slow. Response time was below my expectation.

Not so good! This company seems to be hit or miss. I have used them on 2 RV's inspections in the recent weeks. First one was excellent, the technician worked 6 hours on it and noticed all the details. The second one took days to organise, than the technician did not show up, showed a very flakey communication. When he finally showed up four days later from booking, he was done in one and half hour!! The vehicle owners told me he was in a rush and I have problems to believe that this was a thorough inspection.

Although the pre purchase inspection gives you basic feedback it does not uncover hidden issues. I just bought a lemon and thought I did everything correctly. Now I’m out thousands.

The initial inspection was rescheduled due to the inspector had to cancel then it took over a week to reschedule and then when the inspection was done there was no video of the vehicle which I have received in the past from other inspections.

Report was comprehensive and there were a ton of photos as well. The inspector did a great job in checking the car I had scheduled and felt like I got my money’s worth on the entailed job. Thanks.

This is the third time I’ve used lemon squad when considering purchasing a vehicle. I’ve come to trust their knowledge and reporting to aid in my decision. Inspectors are prompt and thorough.

The service was mediocre at best.
The pictures were hard to make out, the descriptions were vague. They had comments about other places that were flawed but had no pictures to show what they were talking about. They didn't look for any leaks around the engine or below the car. I would have to say they did the service the day I called. Although, it took them 3 1/2 days to send me the report. I could've easily lost the opportunity to purchase the car in that amount of time.
I paying $219 for the service. After it was done, they replied back that they could do more but it would an additional charge. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent experience overall

The inspector did a thorough job and took excellent photographs. He addressed all of the mechanical, cosmetic and electrical issues.

Services themselves up to expectations but several inspections got repeatedly rescheduled, and ended up taking up to a week til completion.

I loved the details the mechanic went into, from the video of the engine to the quality comments on the vehicle itself. I "Highly" recommend using the Lemon Squad, because it saved me literally thousands of dollars and a big headache on purchasing a used vehicle. THANK YOU, THANK YOU LEMON SQUAD!!!

The inspection was mostly accurate, however it did miss a few key details. Mainly, the vehicle's wipers are not functional, and it has an aftermarket alarm system which I know nothing about. There are some other more minor things, but those were fairly big misses from my perspective.

Charged me two different fees for the same car. I used your company to inspect a bmw 760, was charged the standard price, next week I order an inspection of an identical model, and am told that it would be an enhanced charge because it was an exotic car. I asked to speak to a supervisor, none of which were available, and was told I would be called by a supervisor, who never called. This is sad because I was about to recommend your service to anyone buying a used car, but I can't recommend this to anyone if they are going to go through the same service. Ultimately, your company doesn't appear to care about improving the service and the client experience.

DO NOT HIRE THIS CLOWN SHOW TO INSPECT ANYTHING! I thought I was hiring a mechanic to inspect the vehicle, I was very wrong! Their employee showed up to the vehicle at a random time with no communication or ETA, there is no communication between inspector and customer, that's because it's a BS inspection. He took pictures of the vehicle and recorded the music playing inside. Stated that the paint was dusty lol. Nothing was done to inspect mechanical operations. COMPUTER
DIAGNOSIS/OBD2
"An attempt to retrieve diagnostic trouble codes with two different scanners was unsuccessful due to
software compatibility limitations. Further diagnosis Is needed". A computer diagnosis was the whole reason for the inspection and that was not done. The company refused to refund my money for their BS inspection with a BS explanation.

It was not a small dent. It was a moderate dent. Dome lights do not work. Tires needed rotation and balancing. I am not a mechanic and I saw these things. The inspector disappointed 😞.

The inspector did a very thorough job and provided a detailed report on the car.
