The agent i worked with was Mitch Cloward. He pushed to get all kinds of info then ghosted me. He wanted me to take a smaller loan then what I needed so he could "push it through quicker", when I refused and stated I was not interested in a smaller loan as it was not going to be enough to purchase the property for the expansion He then stopped all communications. He didn't respond to emails or messages. Don't waste your time with these people. If I could give a negative star it would definitely be a -5star.

Worked with Duane Cottle. Seemed like a very nice/professional person. Unfortunately, he has terrible follow up and isn't at all familiar with uploading and downloading files which is so strange considering this is an online company. He wasted an entire month of my time all because he had no idea how to convert a file from a JPEG to a PDF. He left me in a terrible bind but fortunately, I was able to receive funding from a lender using another service within a week. His follow up skills are horrific and for that, I would not use this company or recommend to fellow business owners.
