Midnight text message marketing !

I received a text message from your company at 12:00am inviting me to leave feedback in exchange for a $50 gift card. Here is my feedback:

Sending marketing messages at midnight is not only highly inappropriate but also disruptive. It shows a complete disregard for your customers’ time and privacy. Moreover, I am aware that contacting individuals for marketing purposes outside of reasonable hours may breach telecommunications and spam regulations in Australia.

Such messages should be scheduled during standard business hours — not in the middle of the night when people are trying to sleep. I trust you will review your practices immediately and ensure this does not happen again. I also trust that I will receive the $50 egift card as your message doesn't stipulate if the feedback has to be positive.
