Joined the platform this summer and fully satisfied with it

It’s been over a month since I created a Lendermarket account to invest and generate monthly interest. Before this platform, I tested around 5 to 6 others for almost a year. I really like Lendermarket because it’s easy to use, clear, and trustworthy. On top of that, the rates are very attractive and there have been no defaults so far.

I got a good yield so far on this platform, and the loans are pretty diverse.
The auto-invest feature is nice, though I have a significant cash drag sometimes.

I've been using Lendermarket for two months now. To date, I'm pretty comfortable. I really appreciate the wide variety of available loans, from short (40-120 days) to long terms (+7 yaers). Until now, payments have been done with no delay. The platform is also easy to use and the autoinvest option offers a good degree of customization. I will give 5 stars after some more time, although they are on the right way.

I've been with Lendermarket for more than 6 years now and I can say it works as advertised. My advice for new investors thinking about investing in Lendermarket is to think about it as a mid- to long-term investment. If you're looking for a steady mid- to long-term investment with very attractive rates of return, you should definitely consider Lendermarket. The power of compound interest at these rates is difficult to replicate elsewhere.

They have an ongoing issue with withdrawals / so stay away.

Last year I posted a negative review following issues I experienced with v1 of their platform. Since migrating to v2, and with the support of their customer service team, these issues have been resolved and for the last 6m I have grown in confidence with this investment and am currently happy with progress. I am lacking transparency in the process in particular when receiving payments to be able to understand if this is an interest payment, payback of a part of the principal amount or both.
It is unclear when payments will be made or how I can link them to the investments made. When I reached out to lendermarket to gain more insight (and I have tried communicating with many different people at customer services) the answer I received was 'this is how it works' and 'if you don't understand the process, read our website'.

So far I have been receiving payments on my investments but it is impossible for me to track progress, so all I am left with is to trust all is going well. I did tell lendermarket that I believe it is their responsibility to create more clarity for investors, but apparently they don't need to.

Maybe it is a great investment opportunity for those who understand the process better, but if you are a laymen like me, you need to have a lot of trust.

A transparent and use to use tool to invest in opportunities associated with direct lending. The use experience is very easy and clear.

I've invested in Lendermarket for years already and its customer service and support have been simply outstanding at all levels. I invested in thousands of loans and never lost anything. Interests and principal payments have always been fulfilled. The team at Lendermarket strive to provide their investors with peace of mind and they do work hard at it. The platform is suitable for retail investors with long term investment horizon. It you put your money there and keep it invested reinvesting interests and principals it compounds significantly over a 5 years span easily beating the returns that you would otherwise achieve in the stock market. The key here is to have a 5 years+ investment outlook.
