Great Improvement over the years
I started to invest when Lendermarket began to be in turmoil. ( very unlucky timing)
After a year of uncertainty lendermarket began to release funds, revamp the platform to reflect a new start.
Since then Lendermarket has delivered IMMENSE results in term of payment in time (0-1 in pending, overall 95% of loan performing. Constant improvement on statistics showed with monthly update.
Lendermarket is really building trust and I'm glad to be in.

Finally received all pending payments
Finally I received all of my pending payments after 1,5 year. Although it failed my trust in the platform I am glad that the 18% pending payment was honoured.
I removed my previous negative reviews and seeing promising performance of the LM2 platform I may consider increasing my portfollio there in the future.

Customer support always answered…
Customer support always answered quickly. When there are late payments (that's part of the risk), the capital was still working and bearing fruits. Despite the liquidity disturbance, they handle the situation very well.

Great customer service
Great customer service! I had an issue with my investment strategy and was able to work out a good solution with Marta. The whole experience was easy and she was very helpful, not just in developing a suitable fix, but then also in implementing the solution. It's always nice to know that there are competent people working to help you and that was certainly the case here.

Good experience with LM
I would like to thank Lendermarkt support Team for helping me with an issue regarding a pending loan in . They were very responsive and open to explore workarounds to accelerate the loan retrieval. Despite some negative opinions I have read I have the impression they do their best to improve the customer experience.

Takes Time But Worth It
I had given up on my investments till January last year. But they eventually started paying slowly, slowly in tranches and today my entire PP was cleared.
They are coming up with some really good offers in version 2, and I am actively investing there as well.
Edit: I cant believe how good this platform has become in 2025. I am waiting for new promotion offers to invest more :)

However, please remember we are simply a platform to connect you to various loan originators, and do not control the performance of the loan you have invested in. Whats more, we have tried on multiple occasions to assist you, but you have not accepted our assistance, we have also secured you steady weekly payments to you, we always do everything in our power to assist our investors as you know.
Had a wild ride the last year
Had a wild ride the last year, but once I understood how the platform ticks, it all made sensed the profit has been extremely good, and I'm clearing a few thousand euroto my bank monthly.
The trick is to ensure all investments are in the new platform. You may notice that all reviews are super good or super bad.
The bad are the ones who don move their investment to the new platform so payment are slow, I was that guy, but I migrated to the new platform in October and it has been perfect since! These are the 5 STAR REVIEWS!
The reason is the new platform is prioritised because it is automated and If there is left over, the old platform gets returns. The have and have to, so I hope to help everyone who has pending payment in saying if you want the investment to work perfect with loans that are under licence MIGRATE TO THE NEW PLATFORM and it will be a dream.

You are absolutely right about the migration to our LMv2, everything is automated. Loan repayments are paid to a clearly defined monthly schedule, and there has never been cash drag (Pending payments) exceeding 10 days on this platform. 🚀

There were some issues in migrating pending payments now, but support helped me. Slowly getting paid after a 1.5-year hiccup.

Pending payment must be a misnomer…
Pending payment must be a misnomer Never Payment. I have been writing them since May 24. I always get responses such as:" ok, funds from LMV1 will be transferred soon to your LMV2" etc...while giving you the opportunity to request payment in installments. the message:" you can access our next Pending Payments schedule via our priority request form:" Such installments amount to 70€ here, 80€ there, with a few months apart. I write this comment in feb 25 and the bulk of my account still frozen. They claim it is not frozen, however they fail to mention under which covenant they freeze my money under. As per the option they provide, that is to re invest the money you have on you LMv1 with their auto invest option my reply is a "no thanks" give me my money. Stay away from this platform
