I was contacted promptly with a courteous individual who explained everything to me. She asked if I had any issues or concerns, which I did not, she was professional.

My experience with LendingUSA was exceptional, the approval was quick, the terms were explained to me at the time of purchase and again by a phone call. They were very helpful in helping me attain my new puppy. I love the fact that if my balance is paid within 6 months there is no interest. I will definitely be using their services again.

I’m not impressed in any way with this outfit. I’m representing a client involved in a fraudulent loan scheme and am prevented from calling inbound to speak with their fraud department. You should try calling them sometime, you will get stuck in a loop and not be able to have options to speak to anyone with decision making capacity. They will respond when the Class Action is initiated.

Was a good experience,I like the way they assist me and there quick responce and quick approval is amazing.

Completing the loan process was excellent and quick. My processor, Alex Ordonez was very knowledgeable and explained every detail in simple terms. He answered all of my questions and gave me some great advice.

Terrible customer service. I was double charged for the month of March of 2023 within two days. I only authorized one payment and not two. They said they would not stop the payments and would refund me that would take one month to do so because of them and taking an extra $449.39 out of my account. I am not able to pay my rent thinks, lending USA for screwing me over.

The process was quick and easy. Everything was explained throughly and simplified to your understanding. There are no hidden fees and nothing is forced upon you if you're not in agreement with terms. You are given options within your financial ability when paying back loan. Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. They spoke clearly and made follow up calls to make sure I understood terms.

Everything it’s been a nightmare 😡 I agreed to a 5 year loan and got a 4 year loan instead and you can’t pick your day for auto pay I think if you use auto pay you should definitely get to pick your day then when they took the first payment they had the wrong amount and the very next day they sent me a email to collect a debt for $1.09 omg 😳 when I got the loan you had a 10 day grace period and they were hounding me for $1.09 and it was THEIR MISTAKE you got to be kidding me very very very dissatisfied from the beginning and it got worse if they had 0 stars I would have picked that
