I really enjoy having a website that offers non-prescription (and prescription) color lenses. I have wanted to buy them for years. Finally, YOUR SITE has a great selection a vast array of colors and for the most part is affordable for people like me who are on a fixed income. You offer really FAST delivery and they come in packaging that really protects the product!

I have tried a few companies colored contact lenses and if I’m taking all things into consideration these are my favorite. Others that I have tried I don’t wanna say irritated my eyes but I could tell that they were there. These are soooo comfortable I don’t even notice that I have them in. The colors are also very natural and are great for people with darker eyes. I know other companies are cheaper and trust me I’ve tried them and I can honestly say I’ll pay the extra every single time because of the quality. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
My lenses have arrived damaged in a wet plastic bag yes plastic bag this is how they shipped it overseas no bubble wrap no box !!!
I’ve been contacting them for days now to send me replacement or refund and they refuse to do anything
Asking me to contact usps and open a case with them!!!
What does a usps have to do with a damaged product that was in multiple transits from Dubai to USA !!!!
I need my money back

Horrible customer service skills from Hadeel, the item I received had clear scratched damage on it, which was very evidently the company’s fault, instead of making the process stress free and just sending out a replacement, Hadeel from customer services (utter shockingly laughable as he has no customer service skills whatsoever) he then asks me to tear up the damaged lense and send a picture to him before he can send out a replacement, I did exactly what he asked, which he then replied, you now need to send a picture of both lenses torn to pieces, are you completely out of your mind, it’s like he deliberately keeps going back and fourth to annoy me, JUST SEND ME THE REPLACEMENT WHICH I PAID FOR!!!

Clearly Hadeel needs firing from that position, he has not made this process easy and I needed the item for an Event ASAP!!!

I was so freaking happy to receive that! THANK YOU! Anyways, my contacts are so easy to put in my eyes and take out. They do not irritate my eyes at all. I am a regular customer, who’s been ordering for years now! Everything was smooth and OKAY until i made a huge mistake and ordered a wrong item! Been contacting them for days now to resolve the issue of a single return! It’s too complicated and consumes a lot of time amid busy days! I gave 2 stars not one because they have one of the best contact lenses but very unprofessional customer service. Very disappointed after all those years being a customer and referring them to all my friends in US.

I received 4 packs of lenses that were damaged. They had cuts in them and irritated my eyes. When I brought this news to the company they would only replace ONE of the FOUR lenses. They also required me to pay for shipping. They also informed me that if I had any problems in the future that they would not help me at all. Please be careful and do not use this company. They lenses have become toxic, they use to be good but now it is a health risk. I am very disappointed but will be shopping elsewhere.

Today I received my lenses I was honestly surprised at how comfortable they are! They don’t dry my eyes out like other lenses and the lense power was spot on. Customer service was great too they were able to help me add something to my order after it was already confirmed 🙌🏼
