LENSMATE 

I ordered 2 pairs of lenses for an event and paid for express delivery. Upon opening the lenses, one of the lenses in both pairs had a raised sharp bit of plastic on them. This scratched the inside of my eye and caused great discomfort. When I contacted them and asked for a refund they asked me to return them and they will inspect them and decide if I can have a refund. I replied and asked if my postage would be refunded too? Also as returning I would now need to pay extra postage of recorded delivery because otherwise they can say they didn’t receive them - would they reimburse that too? They didn’t reply, complete radio silence. I will be escalating it as I have been scammed out of money for something unfit for use. They can’t sell faulty goods and expect us as the consumer to foot the bill for postage both to and from to return. I could have easily sent photos, videos, if they didn’t want to reimburse postage but instead they ignore. I will be taking this up with PayPal as they are breaking the law.

At first i struggled to get lenses in the colour i wanted due to them being out of stock rapidly, however they were very quick to respond, communicate well and solve my problem by offering me a variation of alternatives , and even sent a nice little freebie with it :) as a small business they know how to handle things. The contacts are lovely and they arrived very quickly. Colours are vibrant and gorgeous just like the pictures

The delivery time was so fast! They let me know the day they’d be shipping and they arrived in 4 days from then! They’re exactly what I ordered and I’m so happy they came in time for my convention this weekend. I tried them on and they’re perfect lenses!

I've purchased colours like white, black, red, purple, brown, blue and pink and they've all been absolutely amazing. I adore how easily they fit and the colour is immaculate. They are comfortable enough that I forget they're there most of the time. I also love how they give free lens cases and throw in a haribo too!!

This is the second time I have received coloured lenses which were not the colour I ordered.Last time I ordered I was sent a different colour and when I contacted Lensmate was told the lenses had changed description name.It seems the same thing has happened again I ordered Bora Bora blue and have received Bali Blue.

Fantastic product and fast delivery

Great eye contacts with amazing colours.
My only issue was the eye contacts solution which I purchased from lensmate. Not the best quality as I struggle every time to clean the contacts well. It takes time for them to stick properly in my eye.

The best service, my product arrived in perfect time and organised.

The delivery was very fast, I like how they package the item and it can be push through the letterbox so it is no need to be home.

Fabulous and natural

I needed to find blue contact lenses, last minute, for a cosplay I will be doing in 2 weeks time. Was very lucky to stumble across Lensmate website. The prices are really reasonable and the delivery was super fast. The colour of the lenses is exactly as shown on the picture and I am very happy with my purchase ☺️
