Great Customer Service
I made a slight mistake in filling in my address therefore the package never arrived unfortunately. I e-mailed LensOn Danmark and they were very helpful and asked me to wait a bit longer in case it still shows up. After a 3 weeks I e-mailed them again and got my money back so I could order a new package to the right address. Within 3 days it was delivered. During the whole process I always received fast, polite and helpful e-mails. Thank you very much. Keep up with your work.

Unfair practice using Groupon deals
I bought their coupon on Groupon promising basically 200 DKK off my purchase (I paid 199 for 400 DKK coupon), however, at the same time, you were running their own promotions, which, with a purchase I wanted to do for 900 DKK, were approximately 170 DKK. This on-site discount was removed by using the coupon, and additional 30 DKK delivery cost was added. At the end, I would have paid the same amount not buying the coupon as I did buying the coupon. I minimized my purchase and will not be returning, because basically they had, in my opinion, no right to be offering that kind of Groupon at the same time as running promotions on their website, because the Groupon did not give me the discount promised.

With the Groupon voucher customers can save up to 53% from their order total and it is unfortunate that this was not the case for your order. Sometimes our on-site promotions are more cost effective and we invite our customers to investigate and choose which promotion and/or codes they wish to use on their order.
We will of course pass on your feedback to our Marketing Department to see if the Groupon page information can be improved in the future.

The correct product was delivered in 2 working days, as promised.
Price for top-gamma product (daily lenses) had no match in the competition, to which a Buy 3-Get 4 offer was added.
Compatibility with Danmark Sygeforsikring adds a further "Cum Laude" to the 5 Stars :-)
