This was the first time I hired a lens, as I needed a special type for a concert I was covering. The website is simple to use, and the options were straightforward to follow. A couple of days before delivery, I was contacted to go through a couple of points about verified ID - no drama. On the day of delivery, I was again contacted to clear up a delivery issue that was sorted out excellently.
The lens performed perfectly, and I packaged it up to be sent back; giving LensPimp the tracking code.
I have now ordered the same lens for my next concert.

What a great, simple and quick service. Loved dealing with them, it was a cinch, easy to place an order, a couple of quick questions from me were answered regarding the suitability of the kit, and they checked that I'd ordered the right stuff for the job I was doing.

It arrived when they said it would, and it was collected when they said it would be, a rarity these days, a great company, with 5* levels of service.
