It's a really nice bag. I like how the bag looks but the craft wasn't up to my expectations. It is about the same price as Polene and Atelier Auguste but the other two brands seem to have better craft. My friend also ordered the exact same bag and decided to return hers. I hope that it was only this batch since I really like the styles of Leo et Violette.

Service wise I think that Leo et Violette's customer service was great. I received updates on when my bag was going to be delivered and I was able to communicate with them through chat regarding some questions I had.

The bag was nicely packed, they even added an extra tote fabrics bag. The communication went well, it lasted a big long (approx 1 month) but that was already announced so no big issues on this topic. The reason I am giveing average score is due to the bag cordon size (I ordered both the long and the short one) but actually the long one is not enough to be wearied “en bandouliere” if you are not very petite/ small size woman. It you measure more than 1,7 m and wear size L, the cordon is really not long enough.
Then the 2nd reason I am giving only 3 stars is due to the bag itself: it does not help if the inside of the bag gets a bit expendable space if the actual flap will not close anymore. So a bit more work is needed on the design functionality.

I had fantastic experience in this store. I fell in love with Le Petit Primo bag when I saw and tried it. The reception was excellent by Mr. François Julia (the Store Manager). I and my husband visited the store on July 27th shortly before Louvre Museum. He even offered to delivered the bag that I purchased to our hotel since it is very inconvenient to bring it to the museum. I hope all the success in the future for Leoetviolette and team.
