Easy ordering and quick delivery, and of course gorgeous chocolate!
It was what you'd expect from this company. Easy to order , arrived on time , presentation and the chocolate was just delicious
The best chocolates boxes I have ever tried. Exciting taste, its different and it makes great gift for that someone special.
Presentation box is lovely, fast delivery and very well packed with bubble wrap. Bought as a present for valentines day so can't comment on the taste yet
I recently placed an order with Leonidas, opting for their most expensive delivery option (£11.50) — as I was purchasing a birthday gift — which, before payment, guaranteed delivery by a certain date. However, the email confirmation said it would be delivered eight (!!) days after this date. When I emailed to complain, asking for a refund, the incredibly rude person who replied repeatedly ignored my request and kept blaming me for their faulty website! It took nine emails in total before I eventually got my money back.
Really awful experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
My order was delivered speedily and arrived in good condition on the date expected.
when ordering you need to make sure you deliver all the products - spent far too long chasing
Ordered and delivered very quick, updated throughout, excellent service
The company went out of its way to get a delivery sent out on time
Great sweets and great customer service absolutely love this shop.
Easy to use website. Timely delivery. Great chocolates, obviously.
This was my first purchase of a box of chocolates unfortunately they are now not suitable as a Christmas gift and no one informed me that these chocolates are only fresh for 6 weeks max they were a present for Christmas for my best friend I’m sad that I wasn’t informed I didn’t see anything online spoiled it for me very dissapointed so sorry
Leonidas make the best chocolates in the world, the best tasting, the best looking and with the widest variety.
Not only are they the best, they are also one of the very few to be made without palm oil. I refuse to buy anything containing palm oil and it is alarmingly difficult to find chocolates that are palm oil free.
As if that were not enough, Leonidas also employs some of the nicest, most professional people, from the company director on down.
