Be very carefully with this company

Be very carefully with this company. For the moment they have stolen 240.000 Euro in incoming payments from my company. They are keep saying that compliance is reviewing our payments, but no reaction at all and this has been like this for 2 weeks now. This morning we startet up a police case against them in Bulgaria, and a legal case will be opened tomorrow morning. The customer service is completely talking nothing when we call them!

Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.

Sent money to the IBAN provided to me by them. Money never received. It's been almost year now and still nothing. according to leopay, the money is hold somewhere. This is unacceptable situation. And every time i ask for my money, i still get this template, that i believe, was made specially for me.

You betrayed the trust of your customers and i advise you to close your business. No one will ever sign up on your website again after all the money you have lost without even saying sorry to your poor customers. Without taking your responsibility in this case. You have decided to terminate non Eu customer without notice, rude but still ok. But taking their money ... that too much. Shame on you

bad service sine october 2018 still…

bad service sine october 2018 still missing 4000e transfer that i was waiting . and remember leopay and satabank are the same just working on different names . see the news if the owner of satabank that was "arrested" is the same who was a provider on leopay since when it was called leupay and not leopay .. if you ask them you will wait 1 month for an email back and the answer will be the same we are waiting response from sata bank . the same story every day .

Same story as most of the other people

Same story as most of the other people, since 2018 October my girlfriend and I have the salaries blocked by malta sata bank without explanation or answers from leupay side or satabank side. Leupay send you to satabank web for help, satabank send you back to leupay, DON'T MAKE ANY DEPOSITS and DON'T GIVE YOUR CONTACT INFO. There's just no way to get your money back, you have been warned!!

Retira tu dinero... FRAUDE

Since October 2018, they have more than 5,000 EUR in their possession that they have not returned to me and the support tells me that it is a problem with SATABANK knowing that SATABANK is already public on its page that has no responsibility with the clients of Leopay-Leupay.
I do not understand how this company continues to operate, it is a complete fraud ... Someone knows the European entity responsible for formalizing the complaint and that at least this company stops operating.

Desde octubre de 2018 me tienen en su poder más de 5.000 EUR que no me han devuelto y el soporte me dice que es un problema con SATABANK sabiendo que SATABANK ya público en su página que no tiene ninguna responsabilidad con los clientes de Leopay-Leupay.

No entiendo cómo sigue operando esta empresa, es un completo fraude…. Alguien sabe la entidad europea responsable para oficializar la denuncia y que al menos esta empresa deje de operar.

My money stolen in Leopay

On October 2018 all my money was frozen in Satabank and Leopay has no clue when it will be given back. In fact this is a robbery and European comission should do something about it.

My account has been blocked for the…

My account has been blocked for the past 7 months as a non Eu resident and they started charging me 200 eur each month and won’t refund me the money I have in the account. Has this happened to anyone? First of all, they won’t provide me with a reason why the fee is 200 eur, it’s ridiculously high and I have yet to receive any agreement or policy that states it’s okat to charge this fee.

Second, I no longer live in the EU and was asked to provide another EU account with a signed stamped bank statement so they can transfer the money I have to that account. I do have another account in Malta w bank of Valetta which I provided the statement for, only it’s not signed or stamped however LeoPay can easily call the bank to verify that info but they won’t. And bank of Valetta stated that it’s not normal practice to stamp a bank statement. Strangely LeoPay said it’s a AML risk policy, which they also failed to provide documentation that supported this statement.

I also submitted power of attorney form for a friend in finance to look into this but LeoPay refused to give her access to handle this matter. At this point I would just like my money back because they will keep charging the 200 euro until the account is zero. What kind of bank does this? It’s stealing customers hard earned money.

Account blocked

Account blocked with no proper explanation. Cannot get funds back almost for 1 year now. Reply is always the same:

"We kindly inform you that you can contact the bank directly for more information on the status of your funds on schedulingATsata.bank as we have not been advised on our side."

From schedulingATsata.bank: no reply

In first place, I made agreement with Leupay (Leopay) not with Satabank. So you should return my money, not Satabank. It was your mistake that you used unreliable bank.

If you like to play games where you lose all of your money then WELCOME TO LEOPAY.

Re: You have blocked my account in April 2017. Your policy (privacy policy countries outside of EEA are not allowed to have an account with LeoPay) took effect in October 2018.

Account blocked since last October

Account blocked since last October. Had to send a bunch of papers , which I did, but no response. Money still blocked.
And I am German with a German Adress so please don´t annoy me with "your country is not supported"
This is an ongoing nightmare !!!

News for Leopay customers with in-flight payments that got stuck (from the Satabank website):

"On the 20th of October 2018, Satabank was instructed to refrain from affecting or processing any inward or outward transfers from or to any accounts held by the Bank.
We understand that a number of LeoPay customers, who are not direct customers of Satabank, had transactions that were affected by this. We are reviewing the situation but can only deal with the direct customer of the Bank in relation to these transactions."

On the 20th of October 2018, Satabank was instructed to refrain from affecting or processing any inward or outward transfers from or to any accounts held by the Bank.

We understand that a number of LeoPay customers, who are not direct customers of Satabank, had transactions that were affected by this. We are reviewing the situation but can only deal with the direct customer of the Bank in relation to these transactions.

All updates will first be posted on the Satabank website. This enables us to communicate any new information to our customers as fast as possible.

Five months without my money

My money, 218 € even since 10/18/2018, in a ‘transfer’ by the Transfewise platform, disapear!
The money dont arrived in Leopay account and dont return to my account. Is freezing, is in limbo and no one cares!
I feel from all the companies involved, a lack of respect and credibility.
I want my money back! Since october? Five months with my money? When will I get back something belongs to me?
