They have closed my account

They have closed my account finally. After half a year of operating. For every money transfer they asked for "supporting documention", invoices worked well for the most. And a lot of questions more. Then they canceled account for no reason articulated. I've written lots of extensive explanations on the matter of my business to their satisfaction.

I'm using the platform more than 18 months and still happy...

I'm using the platform more than 18 months now,I have no issues,even when something arises,it's being fixed in phone call or email.I didn't even noticed their migration to the new system if it wasn't for them to tell me that their are doing it :) Keep it that way Leo (Leu) :)

Fraudulent Bank

On 10/18/2018, two amounts were transferred to my old account at LeoPay Bank with IBAN BG48INTF40012077033597, in the amount of 585.80 euros and 584.94 euros, with a total of € 1,170.74 euros, as evidenced by the transfers which I send almost every month to hello @ leopay.eu.
What happens is that these two amounts were not credited to my account because of the reason LeoPay Bank terminated the account due to the new guidelines and neither the values ​​returned to the sender / sender, TransferWise.

According to Regulation (EC) nº 861/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 July 2007 establishing a European Small Claims Procedure seeks to simplify and accelerate civil or commercial value of the request does not exceed 5000 euros, I will be filing a lawsuit against Banco LeoPay and its current administration, Satabank in order to be refunded of the money stolen by this company.

The same scamers but with different brand.

As soon as the LeoPay brand was painfuly harmed, because of the non-sence in SATA Bank and than the crazy decisions that their management get, the company behind the curtains (iCARD Services, directly linked with iCARD AD) obviously decided to try with another useless product - iCARD Digital Wallet also known as icard.com.

Beware with this group. The management is really incompetent. Connections of mine in Bulgaria, told me that the company, which operates the platforms has experienced huge financial issues and got dismissed half of their staff.

Leopay owns around 24000 EUR of my money and has again and again new requirements to release my monies. These guys are fraudsters. That's all.

Update: 8th March 2019
Now, after 3 months and 600 EUR less (they charge 200 EUR for nothing every month) they ask for contact by email. I have every 2 days contact with useless support.

Please be careful with account opening, the masterminds behind these fraud are Christo Georgien and Yavor Petrov, well-known money-launderer (greetings from MFSA Malta) and I will not stop til I have my monies in my account.

Dear All,

I am writing regarding the funds of 1,142.00 Euros I have transferred into my bank account on 18th of October 2018 which went missing.

I have been contacting LEOPAY BANK, SATA BANK and TRANSFERWISE and I have not received an appropriate answer so far.

It is unbelievable that your banks keep the funds and leave the customer in this situation for over 3 months.

As the wire transfer was done through TRANSFERWISE and sent to LEOPAY BANK, I am notifying both companies through this email that I am taking legal actions if you don't release the funds immediately. I also have all documentation I need to go ahead and make this situation public.

Account terminated without a warning

The review process took nearly a month. The USD transfers were not working from the beginning. Then, SEPA transfers also stopped working (LeoPay claimed that it was temporary). Eventually, I received an email about a change in customer acceptance policy and my account was terminated immediately (because my business is registered in Hong Kong).

I understand that a policy can change and certain countries can be refused service, but there has to be an exit period, to wrap things up. Terminating my account immediately (I was not even able to login the same day) was unacceptable. Because of this and other issues mentioned before I would not recommend LeoPay to anyone.
