the powerlevel booster changed my…

the powerlevel booster changed my profession without permission and now i have to start over on it. also, i had added 500,000 gold to the order, and have yet to receive it, the 3rd star is that they got the power leveling done very quick and started pretty fast after purchasing

A booster changing your profession without your permission is not okay. That’s not just a settings toggle; it means your character now isn’t set up the way you intended, and we need to fix that. Equally, the 500,000 gold you paid for is part of your order, and if it hasn’t reached you yet, that’s on us to deliver.

We used Trustpilot’s "Request information" but we haven’t received anything yet. Once you provide your order ID or email, we can act immediately.

Please contact us directly via leprestore@support.com or our 24/7 live chat and mention this review.

Once we confirm the unauthorized profession change and the missing gold, We'll arrange for the profession to be switched back to what you originally had — at our expense — and ensure the 500,000 gold is delivered to you. You’ll have confirmation within the same business day.

We'll also review the booster’s conduct to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

You don’t have to "start over" on your profession. We’ll put it back. Please give us the chance to make this right — I’m confident we can turn your 3-star experience into one that reflects how we should have handled your order from the start.

Terrible and a Waste of Time

Terrible and a Waste of Time. Stay away from them. They will string you along for hours and hours, they are full of it. There's definitely better places to use.

Best one I have ever used for self play.

Came here at the recommendation of friends after an abysmal experience with another boosting company.

This was for a very tough self-play order, as I don't like sharing my account. The first boosters weren't being able to do it, i told support they promptly found new ones and off I went, everything went flyingly and the booster were super nice people to booth. Fun games with skilled players. basically a straight 8 hours long playing session with some of the best people i ever played with. worth every penny.

Also, when the first problem occurred, support fixed it within minutes. Insanely different experience from the other services I tried.

I'm now a die-hard client and recommend them without reservation.
