I place weekly orders with Leprestore because my time is limited due to my work schedule. Leprestore really let me down. I would schedule runs, and they would cancel those runs for 'technical' difficulties or plain out invite the wrong character even though the character information was provided to their chat agents. Leprestore used to be a great service, now they've grown too big for their panties and now just don't care about providing the level of service you would expect from a platform that is entirely run by their customers. They don't even offer the consideration of notifying you ahead of time for "technical difficulties" cancellations. You just log in and pray someone sends the invite.
***Update 05/04/26 - No one has reached out to me about my refunds. No compensation provided and no one has touched base with me about this issue. ***

When you schedule a run around busy work week, the last thing you should have to do is log in and wonder whether an invite will actually arrive. That our team invited the wrong character - despite having the correct information from you - and cancelled without advance notice is a clear failure on our side. Not the standard we set for ourselves.
I've shared your experience directly with our operations team. Clear communication is something you are entitled to from the start - every single run.

I decided to run some M+ dungeons to celebrate and it was honestly an awesome experience from start to finish. The team was super friendly and professional, they explained everything clearly, answered all my questions.
