I recently used Lepsons for an alloy wheel refurbishment at their Wolverhampton branch, and I couldn’t be more impressed with both the workmanship and the customer service.

From the outset, Manny made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. He was professional, approachable, and clearly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the refurbishment process and talk through the finish options available. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about both the result and the customer experience.

The quality of the refurbishment itself was outstanding. The wheels came back looking factory-fresh — the finish was flawless, with excellent colour matching and attention to detail. You can tell Lepsons take real pride in their work, and the end result has completely transformed the look of the car.

Turnaround time was exactly as promised, communication was clear throughout, and the overall experience felt efficient and well organised. Manny’s friendly and professional approach really sets the Wolverhampton branch apart.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lepsons to anyone considering alloy wheel refurbishment. First-class service, exceptional results, and a team that genuinely delivers on quality.

This was the third time I have used Lepsons in Gillingham and yet again they exceeded my high expectations. My Golf has 18” diamond cut finish wheels and all 4 needed refurbishing and one rim was flat spotted due to a pot hole incident. The work was completed in three days and the wheels look better than new. In addition they supplied two new tyres at a very competitive price and fitted them as part of the job.
Staff were friendly and helpful and communication was prompt and accurate so I cannot recommend Lepsons more highly.

Exellent Service and Brilliant and helpful staff

Not all heroes wear capes, but the staff at Lepsons Ltd are most definitely heroes! Who went above and beyond any expectation for what you may expect, for a service like this.
Before I heap more praise, I need to provide you with a short back story.

A few weeks back, I hit a pothole, which sounds quite innocuous and to a degree most are. But not this one! It was 30cm wide and 50cm long, with a depth of 18cm.
My two passenger side tyres were both shredded and I was left stranded for over 6 hours, on a poorly lit country road. When assistance finally arrived, in the form of a mobile tyre service, I was so grateful to finally get back on the road. My evening was ruined and the car was pulling to the right, but I was still very happy to be heading home. Little did I know the further damage caused by this service.
I then took my car to my local garage to be checked over and resolve the wheel alignment. I also asked them to move one of the wheels so that the car felt more balanced. When I received the car, the garage told me that one of the nuts on the wheel they moved had snapped, but they got it off and I thought nothing more of this. Little did I know that this would be a ‘red flag’.

Moving on with the repair to the pothole damage, I then asked Lepsons to check, refurbish and recoat my alloy wheels, which were in great need of this service, due to the battering this pothole had created, along with the visible cosmetic damage. Thinking nothing of this, I dropped off my car, only to receive a phone call later that day from a very helpful person called Jay. Jay informed me that two of my nuts had broken while they were carrying out their tasks and that they could not get all the wheels off. Which then led me back to what my garage had mentioned, about the difficulty they had, in removing one of the nuts on the other damaged wheel. It turned out, after joining all the dots, that the tyre fitter had been very reckless in carrying out their tasks. I had been very grateful at the time, but I did observe that he had used a hydraulic air tool to remove the wheels and tighten up the new ones. Which I later found out, that this practice was not correct, that they had not followed best practices and had tightened my wheels to a ridiculous level, resulting in the wheel nut damage.
Jay told me that he along with his team would do everything they could to resolve this, but the outlook looked very bleak. A whole day was spent drilling into the sides of the two offending nuts and they worked well into that evening, by the end of the day, they had removed one nut, but removing the wheel was proving to be very tricky indeed. The next day, around midday, I received another phone call – success they had removed the wheel. I was so relieved, but also very aware of the time spent in getting to this point and as we all know, time is money. I was dreading what the bill might be.
As part of the service, they replaced all the nuts, on all the wheels, along with the centre caps which were looking a bit tired. The crew at Lepsons take great pride in their work and they wanted to make sure my wheels looked fabulous for when I receive my car. They did indeed, they looked amazing and have set such a high benchmark, but how much would this all cost?
Jay had been a fantastic communicator and had kept me informed at every level of repair and he also felt my pain, as I was starting to show a level disheartenment. He did everything he could to make me feel better and without him on the end of the phone my stress levels would have been difficult to contain.
How much did this service cost? As you all know, great service costs a fortune in todays society. Well, this cost less than £100 above the original quote. This included, the extra day and a half spent getting the wheel off the car, brand-new nuts for all wheels and the gleaming new centre caps.
Wow, just wow! What a bunch of superheroes!
I will certainly use this company again and I recommend anyone out there to give them a go. I personally do not think there is a better service out there and it is so nice, in todays day and age, that there are people who care about the service they provide and the customer care.

Amazing service
All the staff at Lepsons in Gillingham were absolutely amazing, really responsive and quick service. The time and effort that just goes into the little things goes along way! Really appreciate the quick work to fix my wheel and put in back on for me.

The front wheels on my 13 year old nBMW were in an appalling state, ( and had been for two years), following my applying Alloy Wheel cleaner and forgetting to wash it off!!
The staff a Lepsons Gillingham gave no promises that they would be able to save the badly corroded wheels but promised they would try.
The result was astounding. They look brand new!
Despite them having to add a second primer process they only charged me the original, very reasonable, quote.
All the staff were friendly and helpful and the job was completed in the agreed timescale.
A special mention for Emma, who assessed the damage, as she took the trouble to point out one or two areas that she considered not perfect, but that looked good to me.
The transformation is amazing.
It looks like a new car.

An absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! Competitively priced and comprehensive initial quotation to restore my wheels with new centre caps and valve stems. Three day turnaround (which for me wasn’t a problem). Wheels look better than brand new! Even kept my old wheel bolts and centre caps for me, made sure the same wheel/tyre went back on the same corner due to the TPMS. Good friendly communication. No unexpected or unaccounted mileage added to the car, they obviously took care of it. Final price was even slightly cheaper than I worked out the initial quotation to be! My only minor criticism would be they set the tyre pressures a little too high after putting the tyres back on the refurbished wheels, but other than that can’t recommend enough!

Lepsons in Wolverhampton did a great job on my Mazda3's wheels. Two needed kerbing damage/sub par previous repair work correcting, but I opted for all four alloys refurbed to match. I'm glad I did, because they look factory fresh now. Having access to their courtesy car was very useful and trouble-free too. Also, communication was good throughout. I'd definitely recommend Lepsons: great price point and brilliant results.

Excellent service and staff. The damaged wheels on my Porsche 911 were returned to as new condition following road damage including installing 2 new tyres and dealing with the wheel centre lock nuts (high torque). The best wheel refurbishes I have cone across. Used by most of the more exotic car main dealers

Quality, excellent on refurbishment, however my 4 DB9 wheels went in on Monday 14fth july. Rang around 10:30 on Friday to enquire progress, was told they would check and ring back. No reply so rang around noon, got ansafone. Just a few minutes short of 3hrs they rang to tell me car was ready. Too late to come from hastings so had to clear Saturdays events and go up. MOST IRRITATING. Communication needs to be improved

Collected my car today after having all 4 wheels refurbished. I wanted to get away from the Kia standard Diamond cut wheels with black inserts. I opted to keep the Diamond cut face, but decided on middle Anthracite (Carrs) for the inserts. Wow, what a transformation. So pleased with the end result. Lepsons are brilliant, and do a 100% perfect finish. I should also mention the girls in Reception too. Extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Well done all.

A first rate experience. Contacted Lepsons for some advice on refurbishment of my wheels. Quick to answer and gave me lots of useful information. Lucy was very knowledgeable and understanding.
I visited the next day and arranged for work to start 2 days later. All my questions got the answers needed. As I wasn't sure of powder or paint finish, once stripped and prepared she said she would contact me and advise. This happened as promised and the work was undertaken. In 3 days a phone call received to collect car. The finished result is top drawer and very pleasing... I have used Lepsons before on several occasions and each time the same quality of work was achieved.
Very happy and would definitely recomend if you want the best results for your car.

Lepsons Wolverhampton gave excellent service. Contacted them requesting removal of my Land Rover tyres from the rims and removal of all paint and cabinet blasting only. This was carried out within 48 hours ready for me to paint the wheels myself with a specific Land Rover enamel coach paint. Would highly recommend Lepsons Wolverhampton for their customer service and quality of workmanship. Great job thank you.

When I visited to have wheel removed Tim was good at taking the wheel off for refurbishment and replaced it with my spare wheel so that I could carry on using my vehicle. When I returned to have the refurbished wheel refitted the service was extremely poor. The technician refused to put the spare wheel back on and said its not part of his job, he was very unprofessional and came across as quite rude. Returned to reception and asked for someone to put the spare wheel back on and another technician had a go and completely messed it up. For a professional tyre/wheel fitting company not willing or able to put back a spare wheel is completely unacceptable, highly unprofessional and quite shameful. I had it put back on at extra cost to myself but I can only imagine what these people would have done to an elderly person who quite clearly would never have been able to put the spare wheel back on themselves.

Thank you Lepsons for the fantastic job you have done on my 24 year old split rim alloys. I decided that the two tone black chrome with silver rim was my preferred choice of finish and what you have achieved is remarkable.

I have just washed them and inspected again, the alloys are a credit to the team at Lepsons.

My Mondeo Mk3 wheels that are 22years old that where
corroded leaking air pressure where picked up and delivered by them, they look amazing considering how bad they were, now holding air am very pleased with the overall out come, well done.

Had my m4 competition wheels refurbed at Lepsons Wolverhampton, I would 💯 recommend this company if you are looking for quality wheel refurb. Very reasonable price and a great all round service.

Absolutely brilliant service, can’t believe how well my wheels came out when they were really badly corroded and kerbed but Lepsons resurrected them! Turned around incredibly quickly too and great value! Would highly recommend!
