A cold service with nothing to add to it. Was not given much of interest in my problem. They tried to solve it but without giving me many information or details. They weren't available apparently and they didn't care to give any.

Useless as usual!
I've ordered +1700 Euro of goods yesterday and my order was successful. Only to find out most of the goods from Leroy Merlin directly had been cancelled.They say they have stock, but apparently don't, after they take your money. Customer Support is utterly useless as usual! If you don't refund what you owe me by tomorrow, I'll contact my credit card company and you will have more fees to pay! You owe me 1,189.41. REFUND ASAP.
