Needed improvement on customer services
Contingencies may happen, but one would expect to be better assisted by a company as Leroy Merlin.
For an order online that the shipper cannot adequately handle, it took me several emails and 3 calls to the customer service to simply get my issue filed in and 3 weeks after it is clear I won't receive my purchase but still I don't have a clear visibility if and when I'll get refunded.
So my experience makes me say: do purchase only in physical stores and avoid the online shop.

Bad service
The parcel is overdue and I've discovered that it has not have been even prepared. Very bad. What's more they didn't even try to solve my problem, but simply transferred the request to a collegue that will (hopefully) answer in a week (3/5 working days).
