Order the corduroy shirt in a medium…
Order the corduroy shirt in a medium size, loved it but it wad too small. Returned it and reordered the large size and love it. Shipping was quick, return was relatively easy (despite the return options on the site being buggy, customer service was prompt). Quality item will be with me for a long time

Les Deux just gets it right.
The service is always spot on, with quick replies, and they are super helpful; they actually care about the customer.
The clothes? Top quality. Great materials, fits that actually work, and styles that can take you from a meeting straight to a casual hangout without missing a beat.
What I connect with the most though is their story and their co-founder Andreas is a true role model.
They started small, built everything out of pure passion, and stuck to values that actually mean something. That makes the brand feel real, not just another fashion label.

Return tricky, customer service great
Return of goods from Germany should be improved by providing DHL return option. UPS is barely available. Overall, good customer service and communication. Issues with return procedure were handled very professionally and to my satisfaction. Will order again and can recommend.

The fit didn't work for me.
Clothes did not fit. I'm 1.82 and 107 cm chest circumference. I ordered 2 Medium T-shirts, both were very long and lanky, did not look good at all on me. The cardigan I ordered in Medium looked stiff on me and the stitching made it seem like I had shoulder pads.
