This store is a scam. Don't buy from them! Their clothing is cheap and awful. Shein has way better things. At least Shein let's you return things for FREE. As for LesterandJones, they want you pay return fee back to CHINA. customer service is awful. STAY AWAY!!

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered one dress then an offer came up which offered a discount so I clicked it. It immediately added the exact same dress, same color, same size. I immediately emailed them cancelling the 2nd dress. They did not answer till the next day, telling me they could offer a 10% refund as it had already been shipped. I wrote back this was not acceptable. Much later in the day I received an email saying order was shipped. I wish I had researched and found this site before ordering. I will never order from anything on Facebook again. My Visa card is marking it as Fraud and sending me a new card. I advise anyone who has ordered to do the same. DO NOT ORDER from them!

well the third and final purchase came . so bad I had to laugh .was the thing that caught my eye on the advertising,jean and sweatshirt combo jacket,sooo cheap,not denim,zipper the worst,I paid $160 for three items worth about $16,I have learned a valuable lesson, apparently China companies have no problem blatantly lying

I bought shoes and like the others, I am not able to return it. They are fake! I sent several emails to get a return label and crickets. DO NOT BUY!!!! We need to stop buying from CHINA!!!

This is a scam company on Facebook posing as Americans shipping from a warehouse in New York, when in actuality they are located in China.
The item I ordered was advertised as a denim jacket for 59.95. What I received had nothing denim on it. It was a cheap polyester rag not worth $10.
They will only refund 10% of the purchase price because you have to ship it back to Guangzhou China.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. I shut my card down to keep them from having any further access to it because if they are going to be this dishonest, there is no telling what else they will do.

I ordered an item on February 16th, I was told to expect delivery in 5-10 days. It's now almost 30 days.The "company" wash their hands when it comes to delivery. I have been back and forth with emails, been told it was delivered, but it wasn't, they said for me to contact the
shipping company myself. I spoke to Visa Fraud, they said it looks like a typical scam, they opened a case file and will take it from here.
I should have known, several times I noticd details that didn't seem right. It's a plain and simple SCAM. You'll lose your money, credit cards fraud departments are always willing to help.
I should add that this company say they are "retiring" and selling everything at sale prices. That is a lie to gain your trust.

The worst. I’m an idiot for falling for this. At least it wasn’t too costly of a scam. Lester and Joes isn’t real, don’t fall for their ads.

Jacket is light weight - nothing like advertising - shipping out of China so it took forever to arrive - item probably cost under $1 to manufacture then they charge $50. Can only blame myself for not reading company reviews prior to ordering - do not order from this company

Website said "FREE FAST SHIPPING: Shipping from our warehouse in New York" but my order is originating and tracking from Mainland China

I ordered a dress from a Facebook ad a few days ago. Immediately after placing my order, I saw these reviews on Trustpilot. I've been trying to cancel ever since. No response whatsoever to my multiple emails to customer support. And many email updates from their end, confirming that my order is en route (from China!). SCAM COMPANY!!

I would give this no stars but it's not an option. I ordered a jacket and when it arrived it was horrible material.
When I tried to return it, the return address was not a valid one and it was going to China. They offered a 10% refund and a 20% coupon for my next order which will never happen.
I'm going to donate the jacket. Someone may like it.

Thought I was buying from an American company. Item shipped from China. It was nothing like pictured, and when I requested return information, I was told it would cost $30-$40 to return (item was priced at $39) and would take 4 to 6 weeks to return.

Another Facebook bait and switch China operation that appears to be American and legitimate. Advertisement was a heavy coat but I got a light jacket nothing like advertised. Then they have picture requirement for returns and for you to send their return junk to China. They are a total scam and will defraud you. Please note this is just another of similar scams that have advertisements on Facebook. Thinking ads on facebook are legitimate gives Zuckerschmuck toooooo much credit.

contacted them on several occasions about my order buy they never got back to me. they don't provide a phone number but only an email address.

Retun policy questionable. You need to pay for a return about $ 40 , maybe more. Note that the items came from China. Deceiving website or? You can get the refund after / IF they get the items even if they have the tracking #. Other option 20% refund, 20 % credit on next purchase. Would you buy again after the disappointing experience? I would give 0 if not a minus star rating.

Products are NOT as advertised. Material is not what it states and sizes are not accurate at all! False advertising and it all comes from China, not NY. They should be reported to the BBB and their site should be taken down.

Let's start with all of their contact info and their mailing address is allegedly in New York. But if you decide after viewing the very very cheaply made clothes they sell, you will be told you will have to at for return shipping to China.....It explains the quality of the garments. Mass-produced garbage. i purchased what was supposed to be a corduroy matching blazer and vest set. Firstly it is not even real corduroy but instead, some pressed material with a line imprinted in it, and it is lined with some type of polyester lining. Secondly, the blazer and vest are two different shades of the color Olive. And lastly, the buttons on the set are totally two different colors. The buttons on the blazer are black, and the buttons on the vest is clear with brown specs.....Horrible shopping experience I would 100% NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I wish there were zero stars or negative stars. This is a scam site. DO NOT purchase anything from them. They're going to trick you into buying things you don't want, it's impossible to cancel an order, returning is deliberately difficult and expensive--they false advertise as being in New York, but everything comes and must be returned to China--and the quality of their products is simply the worst. The fabrics are pure garbage and the manufacture is beyond bad. BUYERS BEWARE!
