Was very specific in what type of engagement ring was looking for let's but gold we're extremely helpful and had some excellent ideas and helped me find amd pick the perfect ring for my finance and was brilliant price as well would definitely recommend them

Our family are not one to air dirty laundry in public but my sister-in-law was not impressed and considered the attitude insulting of Letsbuygold Jewellers when she recently tried to purchase a ring and the following notification was presented on her eBay account "An item you selected wasn't added to your basket because the seller won't sell to buyers that don't effectively meet their requirements". In other words she returned a ring which had one of the stones missing and apparently their view is the item was not returned in the original pristine condition she had received it in. Let's not forget the ring was "not fit for purpose" as a stone had fallen out. My sister-in-law was well within the time limit on the warranty they sent to her. I quote "We guarantee our setting craftsmanship against the loss of stones for six month from receipt of your purchase".

My sister-in-law spent over £500 in quick succession with them and they classed her on the eBay account as an excellent buyer. They obviously have not been trained in customer service skills and are only interested in profit. May I further add this particular ring was only £58.00 so by refunding this item it was not exactly going to bankrupt them. They had disputed the refund with eBay to no avail as eBay decided to issue the refund. I would like to add on to this paragraph the following from the "Consumer Rights Act 2015". The Consumer Rights Act 2015 changed our right to reject something faulty and be entitled to a full refund in most cases from a reasonable time to a fixed period (in most cases of 30 days).

LBG Jeweller's motto on their website as follows: Buy Safe - Be Happy Buy from a Real Jeweller with a proven track record. Jeweller since 1954. Over 58 years in the Jewellery business. Imagine a High Street Jeweller deciding to ban customers everytime a refund was requested. They would soon be out of business.

Well Letsbuygold Jewellers were not true to their word as my sister-in-law was not happy with their attitude. How does Letsbuygold Jewellers keep going if they treat the buyers the way they treated my sister-in-law. Accordingly she upset the APPLE CART by simply requesting a perfectly reasonable request which happens everyday in business.

Perhaps they should evaluate their Customer Service skills in deciding how they will treat present and future customers!!

I have bought several rings - and was really impressed when they repaired one that I had damaged due to my own carelessness. I have rarely come across the level of service shown by this company

I had looked for jewelery in nearly 30 websites, until I stumbled across LBG. I had a look and was surprised by the amount of choice they have, it's huuuuuge. I spent a few hours narrowing down choices for a perfect ring for my wife's birthday. I signed up to the newsletter and received £10 off my order which was fab and I was able to split my payments into 4 with clear pay.
The ring came this morning in a pretty jewelery box with a bow on, a little drawstring bag and a free ring sizer (which I wish I had beforehand lol)
I will definitely be using LBG Jewelers again for other jewelery. I highly recommend you have a look through their selection. Just give yourself some time to browse as there is a huge selection to get through.
