The rental company ;s employee was very polite and clear. We got the car that we booked... Unfortunately somebody scratched the car while we were on the beach :( On drop off day, they noticed the damage, we sing that scratches made during our rental period and....we go !!! No extra payment,no hidden terms!! The insurance they offed us was really full insurance!! We trust them and we suggest them!

You might be tempted to book on line because of the great offers and discounted prices (like I did). However, they charged me an extra awful lot of money for an insurance that I did not need on the excuse that they could not take a debit card with sufficient funds as guarantee. Note I used the same card to pay the service, but for the insurance it was not accepted. Also note that all major companies like Hertz & Avis accept debit cards. Also in light of the COVID situation, the company is not taking precaution measures. I had rented recently from Sixt & Hertz and all the car parts like wheel, handbreak were
covered in plastic for protection. On the contrary Let’s drive had the car driven by an employee for the delivery without doing any disinfection!

Never ever book a car through this…
Never ever book a car through this company or its sister company Carwiz when visiting Crete.
They fraudulently took money from me for car repairs after a garage put diesel in the car which was petrol. They assured me at the time of booking that I was fully covered and then refused to bring me a replacement car, charged me for the full 13 days although I only had the car for 6. Told me they would cancel the contract and get a refund so I could hire a car locally and then denied all knowledge of saying that or that I was fully insured.
If you want a peaceful trip to Crete, avoid this company and Carwiz it's sister company at all costs, if you don't it could be at all cost.
