I was fraudulently sighed up. I was sent a survey by a well known company and given an item as a prize I only had to pay for shipping. Next thing I’m signed up to something else. A very bad and fraudulent practice. Stay far away it's a scam.

Update: now they asking me to delete my review in order to get the refund. Told them to stick it where the sun doesnt shine and that i will never change my review. As i believe people should be warned not to get scammed like this. they tried contacting me, asking to give them 4/5* review in order for them to refund the money they took.

Dont be fooled, I purchased a back pack for about a tenner, before i purchase i looked at the small print and noticed there are the subscription agreement, which i didn't agree to it thinking doing the right thing. Stupidly still purchased the bag (which i probably will never see). Few days later receiving an email, thank you for your subscription and your account been topped up 47euros. I have contacted them straight away, to be fair they responded very fast, i have explained i haven't subscribed and want my account cancelled immediately, which they did. But then i have noticed that i have been charged 47euros from my account without my consent (as I specifically unticked subscription button). I was amazed they could do that. Again I have contacted them very quickly, and they did refund me the money. But please please be aware as they will take your money so they called to top up your gift card that you dont need. Lets see what will happen with the back pack, will update if few weeks peeps.
Update, now they claiming that the 9.99€ was charge (not for a bag that i purchased) it was a charge associated with the bank verification code i provided (bear in mind i paid with apple pay) during the purchase (as they claim i havent purchased anything apart from gifting them 9.99€) after going backs and forwards with this scam so called company, have reported them as a fraud. Hopefully they will be investigated and people wont be scammed anymore.
