Terrible! I went on a UK site (The garden wood.co.uk) to purchase a triple bin store - i clicked buy now and the page transferred me to my bank to authorise. The payment shown in my account as letsexplore.club, they took 49.99 euro. Also a pop up ad popped up which charged 29.99 euro.
When I contacted letsexplore.club, they said I had not ordered anything but I had entered into a subscription as that's all they offer!?? They were extremely unhelpful on their live chat. I contacted my bank and have had both payments refunded through the bank.
There is something very wrong about how i ended up subscribing when i clearly was purchasing a bin store from a uk webpage.

I was tricked by a pop-up window to sign up to this website. It debited my account 3 times, and when I realised this & requested for a refund last week, the company politely indicated that they would send me the refund, if and only if I leave them a 4-5 star review here. I decide not to succumb to this condition.
