Easy to make our reservations on the …

Easy to make our reservations on the site. Only thing I wold add to the site is an place to more easily find a description of the various types or seats or cabins. However, easy to use and quality site overall.

Heraklion to Santorini - return journey.

Our outward journey from Heraklion to Santorini was fine with no problems.

However, out return journey from Santorini to Heraklion was delayed by 1 hour.
There was absolutely no information given by anyone, so we didn’t even know if the ferry was going to turn up.
When it did the boarding was just shambolic...

Unorganized scrambling

Prices are fair for the ferry but the experience is very hectic. There is no sense of organization and people are just shuffled through like cattle.

Comfortable accomodations...took a …

Comfortable accomodations...took a while to figure out seating. Nice bar and food setup. Easy way to get around. One confusing thing was that as the boat was docking we were supposed to get ready to debark. Having flown for years in the litigious US, we didn't think we could move until actually docked. So anyone taking the ferry when they say get ready to get off, they mean it. The ferrys are fast and they don't have time to waste on dawdlers. Once you figure that out, it goes very smoothly.

Boat travel has changed significantly …

Boat travel has changed significantly since my last trip 30 years ago. These jet propelled katamaran style vessels glide though the sea without pitching or rocking. No sea sickness, comfortable seating, more like a train ride with better views.

I had to vomit 11 times

I had to vomit 11 times. At least every second person had to vomit multiple times during this terrible trip. I will never book seajets again! Also we arrived more than an hour late at our destination which forced us to pay an expensive taxi instead of being able to take the metro. On top of all the ferry ticket was way to expensive for such poor service!
